On 7/29/2022 a company named 6YA INC billed my BJs credit card issued by Comenity Capital Bank for $1.00 & $49.00. I've called customer service several times about this issue but apparently it wasn't sent to the fraud department in a timely manner. Their response was that they could not find any evidence of fraud. Since then 6YA INC has charged my account on 8/29/2022, 9/29/2022, & 11/6/2022. On 1/4/2023 I was told that the issue was sent to the senior fraud dept. I would like advice on other ways to get my money back & keep 6YA INC from charging my account in the future. I've seen many other complaints about 6YA INC for this same issue.Initial Complaint

On July 24, 2022, in attempting to update credit card number re: Discover card, an unidentified third party, 6YA, came on the line,NEVER IDENTIFYING HIMSELF as 6YA. My credit account was shortly charged $49! For what?? I am entitled to get the $49 back. I am a senior citizen in ill health, struggling just to live each day and don't need the aggravation of dealing with this Scam company. How is this scam company permitted to continue to do business! I see pages of complaints against them on BBB website. The people who work for this Scam company have no consciences working for a company that consistently cheats people our of their money. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Action should be taken to shut this company down and very soon. I am entitled to $49 and I want it immediately.Initial Complaint

I am being charged on a monthly basis for $49. for a subscription to 6ya. IF I subscribed to this, I do not remember doing so. I simply want to cancel this subscription but am unable to do so because there is no phone number that allows me to do so. The message is always that their customer service has moved online. I have tried text chatting with a "representative" to no avail. A google search instructed I could cancel by logging into my account on the 6ya site, but that page is consistently and suspiciously unavailable. I was charged one dollar and then.. an additional 49. dollars all in the same day for no services (they were unable to help my situation). This $ was withdrawn from my bank account 7/23/22. My sister/POA contacted the co. via e-mail from her cell requesting a cancellation of membership and refund. No response. She went to the bank who was successful in refunding my account. In a attempt to update my newly issued credit card with amazon, I somehow was directed to a site (6YA) and my credit card was charged $49. After speaking with someone with the company and told it would be refunded, I later saw it on my account and disputed it. An investigation resulted with no satisfaction. My complaint is that NOTHING was ever provided by 6YA for my $49. Even memberships come with something! Therefore, this is no more than a SCAM & the people should be aware!!!Business Response
