    I noticed a charge on my Visa statement from a company with whom I had never done business and that I had no desire to do business with called 6YA. The initial charge was for $1.00, followed closely by another charge for $49.00.
    What I hope for is a refund of the charge and ultimately the removal of the web site of this scam!

    I am getting a recurring charge on my Discover card for $1 and $49. I tried to call the phone number listed and there is no one to talk to. I went on the website and see that it is a support consultation company. I also checked reviews and it says it is a Scam company.

    On September 10, 2022 I attempted to sign up for an All-Data service, but didn't realize it was going through third-party, 6YA. I was unknowingly charged $1.00. (Order Ref #********** 09/09/2022 08:56:48)

    After a completely unhelpful response from All-Data, I contacted the same service within an hour and was assured a refund on the phone and also received this email:
    "Thank you for choosing **************
    We apologize that our database was missing the information that you needed.
    Your credit card has been refunded. Depending on your financial institution, this may take 7-10 business days to post to your account. Thank you, ************** Support Team."

    To date, neither the $1.00 6YA charge nor the All-Data $21.55 charge has been refunded.

    I indirectly got in touch with the BBB regarding Comenity Bank and a charge for $50. This actually is a complaint against a company in California, named 6YA. This company charged me for something technical and have no clue why. I don't recognize the name 6YA. This is true fraud. Others have issued complaints against this 6YA. I owe them nothing as I purchased nothing. Please help. Because this was charged to my BJ's card, and I believed it was through Comenity Bank, which proved to be false.

    6YA won't allow access to account to cancel program or stop auto deduction from credit card. I did not open any account and keep getting dead ends trying to resolve.

    I noticed a charge on my credit card from a company called 6Ya. I do not know anything about this company and never knowingly signed up for their services. They charged my card $49.00. After noticing the card, I tried to find out what this was about. I found the company on Google and tried to contact customer service. The message said that all customer service was now online. I tried to get into the service using my phone number, but it required a code that was to be called to my phone, which never came. I searched further and saw that there have been numerous complaints to BBB that sound very similar. Sine I have a Peacock account and they were mentioned in complaints several times, I googled Peacock service to see what come up. There were several listings for help with Peacock services that, looked official but upon close inspection they are actually 6Ya. They apparently got my information deceptively when I contacted what I thought was Peacock to change the payment method on my account. This is, at the least, deceptive and, at worst, outright fraud.

    I was trying to get food from Uber Eats with a gift card. It was July 26,2022. Somehow they lead me to believe I was talking to Uber Eats directly. Well I asked if I was speaking with Uber Eats directly and they lied and said yes. on the previous night was when they said it was Uber Eats July 25th. They contacted me next morning (as Uber Eats) stating they had fixed my account. I then was hit with the $49 fee. it then had another name (6ya) associated with a fee. I contacted them requesting a fee refund the same day and many more since. They will not give me my money back. I am very sick with fatal disease. I can't believe they are getting rich off other people. People that have worked hard. And they get away with stealing from us through lies.

    I recently received my Mastercard Statement due 11/2/2022. I have two entries listed from 6YA, Inc. totaling $50.00. The first is for $1.00 and the second is for $49.00. Both entries are dated 10/05/22. I do NOT know anything about this company nor do I know what the charges are for. I believe they are erroneous and should be credited back to my account immediately.     this company took my money from my bank account twice, I never order or make any purchase with this company in all, so i need this company refund my money so bad right now, I never use my card for any transaction with them and i just was charged before i do legal process i need this company. refund my money thank you

    I noticed a charge on my bank statement for $49 plus $1 on 10-6-22. I called 6ya, Inc. to ask why I was charged, and what for?, they stated that I signed up for their service. What service? I never asked for anything! The only thing I did was give my cell phone my new credit card number, That is It. Then they told me I would be reimbursed right away. Then I contacted my cell phone company and my bill hasn't been paid and it was transferred to a different company.
