Purchased a transmission from this company back in Aug 2023, the transmission didn't arrive until Oct 11th, 2023. Had the mechanic install the transmission on Oct 15th, 2023, and on March 8th, 2024, the mechanic informed me that the transmission needs to be replaced in my vehicle.Initial Complaint

12/4/2023, Used Discover card to pay for an Engine for a 2015 ***** Cruze, Have been calling and txt this company since to find out when Engine will be sent. Last message that I received was on 1/16/2024 that the engine was at the shipper and I asked for a Tracking number and shipping company, Spoke to *********************** on 1/17/2024 @ 230pm and he was to call me back within 30 minutes with the above information and as of this writing have not heard from the company. I purchased a 2012 Kia ******** engine for ******* US dollars from All Auto Parts Store since September 19th 2023. The original guy said his name was *** and the engine should come fr9m ******* and should in ********, where I am, in a week. Few days after, someone called me and said he was *** from customer service and my engine is getting pulled, then need to be inspected then ship within 14days by their policy. And the back an forth emails over these months collecting lies after lies continued till today January 2nd ****. In the last emails, I let them know that I am accumulated storage fee 0f 350 dollars, they told me they will pay up to 400 dollars when I received the engine on December 8th, and that's the last I've heard from them. On May 7, 2023 I called this business on line All Auto Part Store.I needed a transmission for a 2008 *** 528I The salesman stated they had the transmission so I paid for it with my debit card costing $1,350. The salesman said the transmission will be shipped in a week and they would send a tracking number. A week passed with no response so I called to find out the status. I was told that they have the transmission and was testing it, and would be ready to be shipped in a week. Another week passed, and I called and was told the transmission was being put in crate and will shipped out so I will be receiving the tracking number. A week passed no tracking number so I called again and was told they never had the transmission. The salesman told me he had his own side hussle on the side and can get the transmission for me at a cheaper price. I told him I only want my money back. It took me 2 months going back and forth with these people with threats of calling the police and the *** that they finally gave me my money back.I was going over my bank statements and noticed they took 2 $1350 payments from me when I placed the order. They stole $1350 out of my account without my consent. To this day Dec.8 2023 I heard nothing but excuses why they can't pay my money back. Their Merchant Account is frozen, which means you're doing fraudulent activties if the bank freeze your account. Will send my money through PayPal, will send through Cashapp, never did. I looked at other reviews from their site. ****** Consumers, BBB, ****** reviews and discovered this business is doing similar scams to several people that has paid for parts and don't get it and they keep their money or send you the wrong or bad part and won't give you a refund. I also called the property manager of the addresses they are using on their site and was told this business has never leased office space from them. We understand and acknowledge the concerns raised by the customer. The customer has been refunded in full on December 12th through Cash App, as per their preferred method, and we have provided proof of the refund, which is attached for your reference. We want to clarify that the company did not intend to steal any money.
The double charge issue arose as a result of a glitch on the merchant's end. The customer's card was initially declined, leading to an attempted reauthorization within a short time frame. Unfortunately, this resulted in a duplicate transaction. Once the customer reported the issue, one of the transactions was promptly refunded.
Upon the customer's decision to cancel the order due to delays caused by a suspended merchant account, we faced challenges in reversing the transaction directly. However, we took the necessary steps to transfer the refund through an alternative means, specifically through Cash App, as per the customer's preference. The issue has been resolved, and we have confirmation from the customer regarding the resolution.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and are committed to maintaining transparency and addressing customer concerns promptly.

After many back and forth emails and calls that my engine was being pulled, being inspected, and being measured for shipment, after more than 30 days I **** the line. I contacted them and asked for a refund and filed a dispute with my credit card company. They finally agreed to a refund after threatening them with a dispute, but want to go forward by charging me for an"re-stocking" fee for an item that they never had in stock to begin with. Company is a complete scam. I should have read reviews before purchasing anything from them. The public needs to know that these guys are a complete fraud.Initial Complaint

I ordered a transmission on June 23, 2023, per the document it will be delivered between 7-4 days, They keep calling me every week giving me a status that it has been pulled and the mechanics are checking it out. On August 3, 2023, I canceled the order and **** told me that they had not found a transmission yet. * received a cancellation receipt on 8/21/23. They said again that it would take between **** days for them to process it. As of 8/8/23 I still have not received anything from them and they are not responding to emails nor have I been able to talk to a person. I have 3 numbers for them and I will continue to call them. Purchased engine 23 Mar 23, (***** low mileage engine, good condition, working) engine was installed, engine knocked and metal was in oil. AAP sent for engine and sent a second engine. Second engine had heavy rusting on exterior, heavy Carbon Buildup inside and thick oil sludge in oil pan. My mechanic recommended I not install it because it needed a complete rebuild, when I asked AAP for the mileage of the second engine they could not or would not tell me. I requested they send for the second engine, pay for the install and removal of the first engine and refund my money, as I do not want a third engine. They are requesting me to return the engine at my expense then they will deduct the cost of the original shipping from the $3141.75 and not pay for the installation and removal of the first engine. If I do not return the engine they will just keep my money and I am stuck with an engine that I cannot use. This is totally unfair.
