    I bought a transmission from this company, it took almost two months for me to get it, and now the transmission doesn't work. My nephew spent 1200 dollars to have the transmission installed now he needs a new transmission after 4 months. I can't get through by phone and know one return my calls. The current transmission is still under warranty.

    This company is pure h*** to deal with. I ordered an engine for my diesel pickup truck back in September of 2023. They stalled and gave me the run around till I finally asked for a refund in mid November 2023. Having never sent the engine that was supposed to deliver in **** days i requested a full refund. After a full month of delay and stalling they finally agreed to give me a refund but wanted to charge me 30% restocking fee for not restocking anything. Story short, I agreed to that under protest and a month went by and no refund. So I contacted an attorney who wrote them a letter requesting a full refund. Now over a month latter there has been no refund or no communication whatsoever. This company should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.

    I paid $2100 back on December 12 2023 for a car engine that I was told it will be delivered to me in 10 to 12 business days now its going to be 2 months on February ******************************************************************* some bill of lading number that I cant even track I tried to call them again now they wont even respond to my calls or text so I going to give them 1 star I dont think they deserve any star at all in my opinion I dont think they should be in business I think all they are is big fraud.

    I wish I had checked the reviews first. This company is a nightmare to work with. Been dealing with them for 6 months regarding a transmission they sent, which was broken. They made a million excuses and asked for proof multiple times when the information they requested was sent multiple times. They did not specify what information was needed for the warranty. I ended up talking to 3-4 people, which I had to reiterate the issues to each person. What a scam. ZERO STARS

    September 6, 2023 I paid this company $2600 for a 2010 VW engine w/61000 miles.. I have not received any thing but excuses. I was promised pictures and updates concerning this engine but was promised shipment of of the engine 10 days after engine was pulled from the vehicle. I cant even get a reply nor a refund of my money. I was sent an email stating there phone lines was down. I sent another email with no response. I have the email traffic to prove they have fraudulent took my money.

    We purchased a *************** engine from this company on September 14th 2023. After calling every few weeks, explaining delays in shipping, it has now been almost 3 months and the engine was never received. Now all of the sudden all of their telephone numbers are out of service.

    Scum of the industry they sold me a transmission worked 5 months lied got 85 k mile on it ,they said 6 month warranty refuse to honor the warranty am going to take them scum to court All auto part store llc , U GOT TO SEE THE REST OF REVIEWS they refuse to cooperate even scumbag texter is wise a** well i will enjoy this kicking scumbags a** !!! If anyone have problem with this people call me my name is *********************** DO NOT BY ANYTHING THEY RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

    At first we believed that this was an excellent choice as they called us ****** day to update us on status.... guys name was " ***" ... weirdness stayed one time no longer called and instead another female representative status calling and giving reasons why engine was delayed... could barely understand the English as accent and use of English was very minimal... now cannot get a response and company is failing to deliver their product or refund our money
