    The company sends boxes of personal effects to the ***********. We used their services few times now but this latest business deal failed. On 11/30/24 we sent 3 combo boxes and 1 double box, they told us that by Feb or March 2025 we will receive the boxes in ***** ***********. We arrived in the *********** on Feb 4 and came back to ** March 22 but did not receive the boxes. We went to their office in the **** but was told they transferred somewhere else. Went to another 2 offices to no avail. We called the office here in LA several times but no answer. On April 7, they texted us to give them until end of April. Still no boxes arrived in the ***********. We called the office several times again but until now they are not returning our calls. We are retirees, we saved at least a year to be able to pay for the contents and freight for those boxes to use while we are in the **** but we left **** and came back to LA without receiving the boxes, but the sad thing is they are not responding to our calls anymore to explain what happened to the boxes. When we were at their office ( now abandoned) in ***********, a couple were there too, to follow up their missing boxes. Its unfortunate that they targeted senior citizens that they probably think might not have the ability to keep on going back and forth to their ********** because its hard physically and financially to follow up. Going to Mla from ***** to follow up costs us at least 200 dollars. So the boxes now is costing us too much.

    The big box was picked up Aug. *******. It takes about 45 days to arrive in ***********. The nun in the convent still has not received it. I gave her ***************** in ************* were not answering the phone. I have called the office here several ************ dont answer the phone too.

    I shippe a box to *********** from ***********, **, ************* since March 09, 2024... I have been told that the box will take 3 months maximum to arrive, and I paid fees. We are almost 1 year no news yet: box has not been delivered as of now! I have contacting the Sky Balikbayan, everytime they tell me lies: wait 1 week, 2 weeks...etc now they do not answer the phone nor have possibilty to leave a message!Invoice: ****** Pickle-up: March 9th, 2024 I really need help to trace my shipped box and or have solution with this company please.Thank you Looking forward your response.

    I let them picked up my 2 Boxes to be shipped in *********** last Dec 2023 with a full payment of $150.00 they provide me a receipt and they made a promise that it will be delivered right on time will only take 3/4months. I kept on waiting till April 2024, i kept calling them on their phone number a lady keep letting me know that it should arrived within a week, kept giving me a time frame of a week till this month of August, the box still have not been received/delivered. Its really frustrating, i tried to ask them if they could refund me back or pay for all the missing items, but they keep giving me alibis. the lady on the phonecall is not keeping her words. Always giving me a repetitive answer of a week timeframe to received my boxes. Most of the time they were hard to reach to on a phonecall, they wont answer but soon as i drop the call, they will leave me a voicemail saying i should return their call. But again they wont answer.

    01/27/24 - I sent a box from *************, ** to ******, *********** filled with goods and presents for my family.I was told that it would take 3-6 mos for the box to be delivered. It has now been 7 months and counting with no update or contact with this company for about 2 months. Last time they made contact, they promised to deliver the box sometime between July ***** and never delivered. Please help, I am one of many customers who are frustrated with this company, please check their reviews on ************ I hope my complain can help all of us resolve this nightmare and correct this company's mistake.

    Not received Balikbayan Boxes by receiving persons going to Marinduque and Bicol in the Phillipines, invoice numbers below:#***** (Marinduque)=$90.00 #****** (Bicol)=$80.00, #****** (Bicol)=$80.00 The three (3) boxes of forty-five days delivery contracts-wait were past due already. I want a refund and payment for the value of my packages.

    Business was suppose to pick up then deliver package from *** to the *********** within 2 months (per their website) with tracking. Package was picked up Jan 6, 2024. Almost 6 months later and it has not yet been delivered to the recipient in the ***********. Vendor ignores and almost never return calls thru their hotline. If they do answer back vendor would give false/generic updates. Tracking that was provided does not work.

    We sent 4 Balikbayan boxes to *************** on April 10, 2023, and up until now said boxes were not delivered to our families in ***************. Called the said company to follow up and we were just promised that it will be delivered soon or that it is on the way. Finally they told us that they were having problems in *************** with their contacts and they would soon rectify this problem. Up until now we are still waiting. Paid $340 for the delivery fee. Please help us.

    Tused this company to send a box trom ********** to ****** ***********. They stated that the box would not take no longer than three months. I sent a total of six boxes $80 each. With a total of 480. It's been six months, and have not receive the box at the designated destination. I've been trying to contact their office at both in ********** and ***********, and have little or none response. I understand a little delay, but it's been six now.

    On May 2023 I sent a jumbo package to *************** by sea thru Sky Balikbayan Boxes.The delivery usually takes approximately two months from the time it was shipped. But up to this day, my package hasnt been delivered to my familys address in ***************. Im so concerned why the delivery process is taking so long. *** made several calls to Sky Balikbayan Boxes and spoke with the owner ******************************* and his coworkers but they couldnt tell me the exact reason why my package hasnt been delivered. Theyve told me different stories and the owner has been telling lies. My family (recipients)also called the contact number they provided in *************** but no one is answering. The value of my package is approximately $1,000 plus the shipment fee $75.00 invoice no.148313. Ive realized this business entity has lots of bad reviews and I have so many regrets:Please help me find a resolution of my package. This has caused me and family a lot of stress and we feel so helpless in dealing with them.Thank you for time and patience.
