    March 15 20 23 date box was picked up from my ************ number ****** Sky ***** Bayan boxes ************ /. ************ Sender ************************* **************************************************************** Receiver *************************** **************** Address in *************** Blk7 Lot 33 Phase 1Heneral uno Subd. PasongKawayan 2 ************* cavite Note; it's almost 5 months , but the box is still not delivered .I tried calling them but they give me the same answer. It's already released from customs . It's already in the local warehouse ready to be delivered.That was last July. I left several messages to response I paid $80.00 cash when picked up my box Thank you for you assistance

    4 Boxes of food, goods, household items, clothes were sent to *************** on September 2021 going to **********, Leyte and never got there. Sky Freight claimed that the delivery truck on the way to the destination caught on fire. Multiple calls were made to Sky Freight by December when the expected time frame of arrival never happened. Reasons they said were: "It was taking longer than expected", "will follow up on this", "beyond our control" then no one answered the calls anymore even when we left messages. On Feb 18, 2022 we received an email form a ************ of Sky Freight. Attached was a picture of a letter from a 2GO ************ stating of the fire incident that happened and multiple pictures taken on 12/28/2021 of the truck on fire.No letter, phone calls, or email received from Sky Freight on how to file a claim. We have got tired and lost hope until someone mentioned to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau.We are seeking monetary compensation.Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

    Picked up the 4 boxes last Jan 11, 2023, amount paid $320 and they say more o less 2 months the boxes will arrive in *************** but now almost 5 months still did not receive the boxes. The invoice no . ******, named of the company Sky Freight Balikbayan Boxes and their number **************, **************, **************. Its hard to call and most of the time nobody answered the call and if somebody answered they will say on this date it will be deliver but still nothing happened. Hopefully you could help me on this matter. Thank you.

    Sky Freight Balikbayan is sending balikbayan boxes to *************** that requires 4 to six weeks to receive. Balikbayan box is full of goods /gifts of thousands of pesos especially on christmas. Senders pay $85 to $100 to send it. I sent mine to my sister last Dec 1 2022 but has not arrived until now. I called the office several times but on their seldom responses, they kept saying different dates but no reason why it's delayed. Now, their phone numbers are either dead or answering machines.
