This complaint involves LAGS Recovery Centers their employee's Sam Safaee, William Cable and Manager Riki.
In their delivery by obstructing a legally disabled patient from my legally authorized essential health benefits and right to bodily integrity. (42 CFR § 440.347—'Essential health benefits' and MHPAEA 45 CFR § 156.115). The requested EHB was approved by the State of California in 2016 as medically necessary, by a team of specialists including neurological professors, psychological practitioners in their respective subspecialties, a cardiologist, and the State's Department of Health and Industrial Relations due to failure of all other treatments to avoid injury, illness and premature death. This outpatient facility utilizes "cookbook medicine" attempting to convince me that their policies are relevant, despite the amount of overwhelming scientific proof and physician consensus. It is documented that without this benefit, will lead to use of substances, motor vehicle crashes, impaired social function, inability to maintain employment, inability to maintain a relationship, premature death and it is insulting sad to understand that one cannot simply approach their physician for help and instead get disregarded purposly misled.

For those investigating into this, for illustrative purposes: it is like a patient without legs asking for a wheelchair and the doctor says crawling around with his arms would be enough to survive.
