    The business hours claim to be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. We have been trying to reach LAGS recovery in my house for over two weeks. My pharmacy has sent 5 faxes over attempting to reach LAGS about said medications and they have yet to contact my pharmacy or myself. Messages have been left on their machine in hopes of being called back during business hours, as their outgoing message claims to say they'll do. This is not the first time this has happened. When the issue of lack of communication has been brought up in the past, the office workers begin to talk down to patients who feel unheard.
