      If 0 stars were an option I would give them that. What a joke of a company. I sought out treatment for a ***. They have you answer a lengthy medical history form asking questions such as *** at Birth and Gender Identity. When you answer those questions truthfully, they don't even bother to look at them before sending you a blanket denial message because Male STIs are different and cannot be treated online like female UTI. Which just proves that they do not even read the chart of information you provide to them before they speak with you. If they had then they would have clearly seen that I was born FEMALE and I identify as a Trans-Male, hence, why my ID looks like I am a male but I am eligible for online treatment of a UTI. Still 3 days later and no matter how many times I mention this information to them they are still arguing that they can't treat me. Utterly ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional.

      I had a very rude visit with an older lady. She told me nothing and did absolutely nothing. I got charged and told to just go to a doctor. This was the most pointless visit. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. At the very least you should have somone on the other end who is capable of being nice to their patients.

      I have not spent time researching to find out how the GoodRx app and platform actually work - however, what I do know is that every single time they save me a ton of money. Most recently - tonight on two medicines I saved $240! Completely true, and my mind is blown! Thank you so much GoodRX - thats so helpful. Keep up the great work!

      Not worth it!I paid for a Gold membership which allowed me to pay for an online consultation to get treatment for flu symptoms. After a brief questionier with mostly yes/no options and a 10 sec text message. I was told to go to my primary care. At least it was easy to cancel the membership!

      Good RX performed a valuable service decades ago. But they failed to keep up with the times. They are about as relevant as a eight track cassette for playing music.There are currently other companies who do what Good RX does AND your prescriptions are delivered to your door.I am also very concerned about their anti consumer attitude when it comes to cancelling their service.They offdr a Free 7 day trial. They take your debit card information. So should you forgrt to csncell within the free period, they **** **** you the full amount for the plan. Each and every month until you cancel.When you call and cancel they eill do anything possible too obstruct you. I czlled and stated I wanted to cancel my plan. They then wasted my time for 23 minutes. They wanted to know why I was cancelling my plan (thry do not NEED to know) Then I was read a .engthy disclaimer which droned on for several minutes. This was not a disclaimer so much as a sales pitch to keep the plan. If there is NO PLAN there is no possible need to disclsim anything. If they had dealt eith me in Good Faith thry would have simply cancelled my plan withoutbwasting 23 minutes of my life!This company has several major legal actions pending for how they treat their customers. The State of California was recently awarded Twenty-five million dollars.There are some significsnt and ongoing issues with this company. All dealing with how they treat their customers. Until these issues are resolved, it is not safe to associate with this company

      This company took my money when I was vulnerable and needing help that I could barely afford, would not help me for a UTI which simply needed an antibiotic. The took my money up front instantly and would not give me my money back instantly and now I have no recourse to get the medical help I need. If you can take the money instantly you can give it back. People use Good RX for help due to lack of funds of most and you completely took advantage. I believe you are scamming the most vulnerable of people.

      Spent about half an hour trying to remove my FREE account that contained personal information needed for the basic FREE account. Tried to cancel the FREE account online but could not find a process to do that. Eventually found the account deletion **** after doing an online search. The account deletion **** wanted more personal information which I refused to provide as it was more than what was needed for the FREE account. Called ********************** directly and (redacted) eventually agreed to cancel my FREE account and at first wanted me to manually enter the *** to go to the account deletion ****. Eventually he sent a confirmation code to my email address and my account was closed. Said he would send a deletion confirmation email. Waiting for a confirmation email. I do have a Ticket Number provided by (redacted). Good RX should provide a deletion link on a personal account **** to allow users to directly delete their accounts. I hope my personal information was removed. No, I do not recommend using Good RX as their company transparency is lacking. **************** could be better.
