      I've been a customer of Byte since January and have been trying to reach out to company to respond to me by providing service the promised me since june to complete my plan. I paid them in full for aligners to straighten my teeth I am at mid point of possibly completing plan and no one is replying only to get automatic system and broken promises. At one point I couldnt no one by phone . When used My primary phone I wasn't able to get them only by calling from another phone which was then I was
      Able to speak with representatives . Now I'm 8 weeks behind in treatment and no contact on their end. I was told in 3 to 4 weeks aligned would come in mail. Nothing.I was told my aligner were going to be sent out june 10 and that was by email. Nothing. I still have gaps in my teeth. I would like to get my money back

      The company Byte sent me a defective product************* The mouth piece part was cracked and the ********* does not connect. I tried contacting them many times and I get the same response to fill out another online support form. I have gotten absolutely nowhere with this company.

      I have exhausted all available options available to contact Byte customer service for the remaining aligners. I paid for my aligner treatment plan in full. Now that I am ready for my last aligners, I cannot get a hold of anyone via phone, email or text. I also have not received any response to the multitude of messages I have sent and left over the past two weeks. I am not the only person I personally know to experience this issue with Byte.

      Please DO NOT use this company! Once they receive your payment and ship your first half of product, they do not follow up or respond to messages.

      The company has no infrastructure to handle the mass amounts of new patients. I finished my treatment over a month ago and have not received the results shown on the "treatment plan" and cannot reach a representative to aid me in the next steps. I have used the contact us form, the text option, called, emailed and have not received a single response. I have also filed a formal complaint regarding the actual aligners and still cannot reach a human. There phone number is an automated message encouraging you to use the online message forms. Based on my searches this is happening to customers all over and yet they're still taking on new customers. Or rather taking money from new customers.

      This response has nothing to do with my initial complaint. It is completely and entirely impossible to reach someone to discuss pain, issues with aligners or even billing issues. I have exhausted every Avenue of contact and still have not been responded to EVER. I receive automated messages that apologize for the delay due to the increase in clientele.

      This is still jot a response to medical concerns. This company is providing medical care and refusing to respond in any fashion to customers with issues. These responses are not specific to the issues I listed they're just copycats of previous *** complaints. I still have not received any responses even though I have continued to reach out to the company via all of their "contact us" options. It has been over 3 months since my last aligners. I cannot discuss pain, poor fitting aligners, or retainers for continued care. At what point will *** do something more substantial?

      I did business with this company from July 7th 2020 to April 4th 2022 During that time, Byte Dental Services( Straight Smile, LLC). During that time I had issues with my dental treatment tracking correctly for proper orthodontic treatment. After, completing my initial treatment plan with further revision. I finished the payment and pursued corrective orthodontic treatment with another provider who explain Byte Dental Services would not work.
      I attempted to contact Byte Dental Services********************* to resolve this issue, but they have not issued after refund after over 2 months to which they claimed it was processed. Please contact me to let me know how to resolve this issue.

      I have email correspondence for Byte discussing its attempt to refund.

      Earlier this year after several (sales) discussions I signed up and paid in advance, and in full, for Byte aligners. Sales interactions were positive and product arrived in a timely manner. Products seems good, well packaged and well marketed. Follow up, however, has been impossible. I have never spoken to anyone about my plan or care. I don't know what is happening, their telephone number on the *** site is disconnected, and so too the telephone number they texted me earlier today. They don't answer the number on their website, or respond to emails. Although they say they will reach out, they never have. I am very uncomfortable being a customer of a healthcare-related a company that will not follow up and won't speak with their clients. They were proactive re selling; completely unresponsive thereafter.

      I have had Byte aligners since March and have not received my second set of aligners since. I have sent multiple help request forms and called the customer service line multiple times. When I request help I get nothing back and am never answered on the phone line. I have sent multiple forms to get my second set of aligners that I am paying for.

      Hello,
      I started a journey with Byte Invisible Braces ************** over two years ago around march/april 2020.
      I wanted to make my teeth straight and the company advertised "straight teeth in as little as three months". They accepted my case, i paid around ****** The process took two months to get my first aligners after a lot of work on my side.
      My first treatment plan was of 5 months. I wore them correctly and over-wore them or over did all they told me to do to make sure it would work. Got to the last aligner set it was clear it wasn't made to make my teeth straight. Wore that instead of a week, wore it for 2 months. Didn't fix. Reached out, complained, no refund, re-did the process. Lost other 2 months waiting for my aligners. Got new treatment, wore it for 5 months, plus 2 to make sure, nothing. Same problems i had with first treatment, last aligners were CLEARLY not made for straight teeth.
      I did this 4 or 5 times, lost 2 years and almost 4 months, and still my teeth are not straight.
      I've sent them e-mails to complain, they never answered.
      Every time i reached out they said the company doesn't refund.
      I paid for a service, they said they would fix my teeth accepting my job. They didn't fix them with 4-5 treatments, and i lost 2 years and a half and ***** and now they don't even answer or make things right.
      If they didn't know how to fix them or were not sure, they shouldn't have provided the service (which by the way my case wasn't bad at all). They accepted it, took my money, and never been able to fix it.
      I should have gone with a better company as **********, instead, i've lost two years and a half because Byte continued to say that they would fix the problem with the next treatment and never cared about the financial damage, the time damage, and my lost opportunity.
      It has been the worst service experience in my life by far, and the one that impacted my life the most in negative. Companies like Byte shouldn't be allowed to get money for scam services.

      At first I made an inquiry to Byte about their product. I was immediately contacted by one of their reps. I told him ****************************** with some dental issues and before I purchased these Aligners, I would need a guarantee that if, for any reason, they did not work, Byte would refund my money.

      With this assurance, I purchased Byte Aligners. The Aligners came and were completely wrong fit! I contacted the company regarding this issue but no response. I have since contacted them daily. Their phone does not take
      Messages or have a support person available to deal with, what I consider serious issues related to their product. These Aligners could really damage my teeth and I do not understand why there is no support to actually deal with "patients" issues. With a product that could possible damage someone's month- it is unimaginable that they don't have staff to help people resolve issues.

      When you call, the voice mail asks you to contact their chat room to correspond with them because they are too busy.

      I contacted their chat room many many times and no response. At this point,
      I have not used my Aligners at all! I would like to return their product - which is completely unused and get a refund on this lousy product. I have absolutely no confidence in their product, I think it is a scam- because they are misrepresenting their product, services, and taking consumers money without support. This is a dental/medical product that can actually harm someone. It seems to me that they should also have legitimate doctors on board who can consult with consumers, patients.

      When I was considering teeth straightening at home, I was contacted by their sales guy,***** daily. Now when I send**** a text, no response. *** also assured me that I would get a complete refund if for any reason the product did not work. I have this in writing in a text.

      Can you help me with this? I am getting no response from the company and this is extremely concerning.
