    Purchased scrub top and jacket from figs. I had it embroidered but needed it to be updated. I contacted customer service, they promised a response within 48 hours. More than 4 Days later, I still did not receive a response. I then received a follow-up email sta stating there was nothing they could do on their end. For a company that touts world class customer service, this is poor communication. I was willing to pay for my item to be re-embroidered. Unfortunately, they did not communicate in time and missed an opportunity to provide a gift for my wife in time.

    I work for a local hospital and part of my incentive package is a stipend for scrubs. They have placed a few orders for me through Figs and being a hospital, we are tax exempt. Our finance admin has reached out in the past to request the taxes be refunded, which were a minimal amount. Figs previously did not have an issue refunding this. However, on the last order, they refused to refund the taxes. A representative by the name ********, stated that we had to be part of the TEAMS program through Figs in order to purchase a tax-exempt order. Our finance admin explained that we would have to return the purchase and request a refund, and Figs would rather we do that than to refund our taxes, being that we are tax exempt. It's perplexing to me that they would rather lose out on business vs. refunding approx $40. I also do not understand how they could tell a tax-exempt hospital that they are not all owed to use that government benefit unless they are a member of the Figs TEAMS program. Very disappointing coming from such a known company in the scrub industry.

    I have placed numerous numerous orders, returns, and exchanges with figs from August of this year to November (current). Its been very difficult for me to find styles and sizes of scrubs that fit my body type hence the numerous orders, returns and exchanges. However, each time I have contacted customer service to learn about the process or initiate an exchange or refund Ive had nothing but outstanding experience. Ive never waited on hold for more than a minute and each customer service ***resentative that I have spoken to was extremely kind and professional. Just today I needed to return an order and realized that I had remembered their return policy incorrectly. I thought I had 30 days from the day that I received the items in the mail to return them, but really its 30 days from the date that you ordered them. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done because the online returns portal was telling me that my only option was store credit. I spoke with a service *** named *****, who was extremely helpful and was able to process my return for me, even though I was outside of the return window. I greatly appreciate her doing me this favor! This kind of experience that has me willing to continue to try fig scrubs in the future, and also willing to pay the higher price point, knowing that my purchases are backed by this level of customer service. Thank you for all your help and a great experience today!

    Dear Better Business Bureau, I am filing a formal complaint against Wear Figs, located at ***************************************************************, due to their poor business practices and lack of customer support. Wear ******************** is a company specializing in medical scrubs, but their inconsistency in sizing and failure to provide timely exchanges have been highly problematic. On September 30, 2024, I purchased two pairs of pants in size medium, each in different colors. One pair fit correctly, but the other was extremely tight. I contacted Wear Figs requesting an exchange for a larger size, to which they agreed. However, the process for such an exchange takes a minimum of 4 weeks, which is an arbitrary and unreasonable amount of time to wait for a simple size correction. This reflects a consistent issue with Wear Figs: their notorious sizing inconsistencies and inadequate support systems. This is not an isolated incident, as multiple customers have reported similar frustrations across different product lines. The fact that they hold on to your money for weeks before offering a solution is both unfair and unprofessional. The resolution provided by Wear Figs is unsatisfactory, and I am submitting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau to document how this company arbitrarily handles its business processes, demonstrating a clear disregard for its customers. I'm sorry to see that this is due to an out-of-stock item that is not readily available. For quicker exchanges, an option would be to return the item for a full refund and rebuy it on the site.     Figs is refusing to answer anyones emails during shipping delays. Many people have been waiting on paid items for weeks now and no reply from figs. Terrible costumer service.

    Buyer beware. I placed an order June 19th and was told by ***** and FIGS that the estimated delivery was June 25th. I never received my order, reached out to FIGS and wasnt contacted until July 4th and was told they were sold out. I was given the option to order something else or get a refund. The complete lack of urgency and attentiveness on FIGS part is extremely disappointing. It should not be left to the buyer to track and map out what went wrong on FIGS end to find a resolution.

    Cannot get in contact with customer service for a Teams order. I've used the chat, email and called and spoke with representative. They state someone from different department will contact me in 3-5 hours. This has happened the last 4 days in a row. There is no option to be transferred to department or a direct line. Very frustrating

    I placed an order may 9 which shipped the next day. As of today, the order still says ******* created a label, *** has not received the package. I reached out to figs the week of may 20th. They got back to me 3 days later saying they will reship. No word since then. Ive sent two additional emails and have had no updates. They basically took and kept my $ 300 and never sent the product. Worst customer service Ive ever seen.
