      I had a Snapchat account for 9 years never any violations then all of a sudden three violation warnings and didn't do anything against their guild lines and a week ago my account was permanently locked, made a new account wasnt doing anything and bam I'm permanently locked out again. I think Snapchat is declining in there user services I've seen people post explicit content and they still have their accounts I only posted funny videos and pictures of myself that were at most PG 13 and still got my account locked! Wtf is up I know I can't be the only Snapchat user with similar issues! ******************** either needs to revamp or be permanently shut down!

      Im a high school student who was accepted to Juilliards summer dance intensive an amazing opportunity for my future. My Snapchat account was hacked and used by someone else to violate rules I never broke. When I regained control, my account was permanently banned without warning or real investigation.I submitted multiple appeals explaining I was hacked and did not use any third-party apps or VPNs. Instead of helping, Snapchats support sent generic automated replies and eventually stopped responding altogether.This ban has left me completely cut off from group chats and connections I need for my program. Snapchat is punishing the victim, not the real culprit, and ignoring my requests for ******* sharing this here to warn others and ask Snapchat to review their support process. Victims of hacking deserve a chance, not to be permanently banned and silenced.I hope Snapchat takes this seriously and fixes their system to protect real users.

      The literal worst app. Spends money on snap star parties, but makes no actual profit. Bans their paid users, fraudulent turned company promoting sexually proactive content to males. Uses young girl content for discovery promotion with ad revenue for profit. Disgusting company that needs destroyed.

      They refused to actually put safety measures in place. I have been unable to block certain accounts for months. Ive emailed snapchat about how dangerous this could be and how dangerous it is for my situation, they are little to no help. Users can bypass being blocked by other users. They put limits on how many people you can block despite allowing random people to add you to groupchats and group stories. If I feel my safety has been compromise due to them, not wanting to fix the issue that is on their part, it will need to be a lawsuit. I can almost guarantee that if they dont get this fixed, it will lead to a tragic outcome that will cause a lawsuit anyways, for someone.

      my snapchat account was deleted due to being a minor but this was incorrect. someone reported me for being a minor i guess ? and snap chat just believed it without researching ? and deleted my account of over 12 years including paying for snapchat plus ? *** never had violations and im over 30. no response to my appeals. who can help with this ?

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Snap Inc. regarding the unjustified banning of my Snapchat account I have been a loyal Snapchat user for many years and a ********************+ subscriber for several months, yet my account was recently disabled without proper explanation or a fair appeals process.Issue Summary:1.Unexplained Account Ban: My account was banned without clear reasoning or an opportunity to correct any alleged violations.2.Lack of Transparency: Despite multiple attempts to contact Snapchat Support through their official channels, I have not received a detailed response or guidance on how to resolve the ***************** Loss: As a paying Snapchat+ subscriber, I have lost access to premium features and services I paid for, without any recourse for a refund.4.Customer Service Negligence: ********************* lack of communication and refusal to provide a clear resolution have left me without any support or assistance.I believe this handling of my account is unfair, and I am requesting that Snap Inc. provide a proper review of my case and either reinstate my account or issue a full refund for my Snapchat+ subscription.I respectfully ask the BBB to investigate this matter and encourage Snap Inc. to resolve my complaint fairly.       For Snapchat username: naterod0 am following up on my appeal regarding my account ban. The person who initially reported me has since reached out to you, confirming that their report was made as a joke and was never intended to result in my account being banned. They have also clarified that the report was made by mistake and have requested that my account be reinstated.If possible, I kindly ask that their email be considered as part of my appeal review. I genuinely value my Snapchat account and would appreciate the opportunity to have this misunderstanding corrected.       Snapchat locked my account for a piece of a cigar accidentally shown in video but I have a medical pass for marijuana so it's legal where I'm at in ** if we was going off of law.. Snapchat closed my account messing up my business... I wouldn't suggest NO one mess with them for business or anything because u can stack up all your valuable memories then out of the blue Snapchat just lock your account cause u had a empty ******** bottle or something dumb locking up your account and lose it all....

      Snapchat is messing with my business and locked my account due to ai tracking something bad that I posted. I did not know that optics or scopes were bad. I use Snapchat for advertisement and even pay for Snapchat features. Snapchat is beyond frustrating to deal with because no customer support. But at the same time the platform is good for publicity and I need my account back. I dread their processes and the way they handle most if not all issues.
