    Very misleading, bordering on false advertising. I am (allegedly) in their service area, and when I entered my address on their website, it took me to a "request service" page where I could pick the service of my choice. It then asked for all of my info (including credit card). After filling this out, I received a confirmatory email but there was a link to the status of service in my area. I clicked on this one and it seems they are nowhere near having service at my house. A phone call to them confirmed this, and they said "if service was available, the "Request" button would change to an "Order" button. The average consumer wouldn't know the difference. At no time did they say service wasn't available at my location prior to me entering all of my info. I'm not saying they will do anything with this information, but it prevented me from making an informed decision if I wanted them to have my credit info. Joining now allegedly makes me first in line when they finally do get service, but that could be years.

    Sonic installed exactly when they said they would. My ***************** including my cellphone service at home on WiFi is about ******* Mbps. I'm saving $80/month over what Wave/Astound was trying to charge me! Very happy with Sonic!

    We wanted to cancel our account, but we were told it takes 30 days for it to do so. We DON'T want to pay an extra month of bills. We've already contacted billing and tech support services, and they keep saying they can't do anything about it (at least on the phone).

    Sonic Internet should not be in business, skipping safety precautions. when crews did construction they hit a PGE gas line and endangering the neighborhood with a shelter in place because of gas leak. They are incompetent construction crews working without flagmen, posting no parking signs with wrong dates, not showing up till days later taking up valuable parking spaces. They put the public in danger, also their crews safety .

    They are the worst i waited over two weeks just to get excuse about why my Internet wasn't set up then tried to overcharge me. Then charged me to cancel

    Some of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The other reviews are very similar to my experience of this company. Once they have you, they will do nothing, even if they make a mistake. You will pay for their mistake. This lack of customer service will catch up with them.
