    We entered into agreement with XTermite (report number *****) after multiple back and forth on aligning on warranty period (5 years). The resident (*****************************************************) was initially treated early April 2023 (payment of $5,553 April 9th, 2023). We had follow on visit due to continued termite activity May 2023 back bedroom balcony area and front entrance . We had also discussed with the company that we had seen live termites when work on the exterior had started. They told us to call back when you are doing the active work so they could treat the impacted areas. Beginning of Oct we had swarms of termites in the house (in the area above the front entrance) so severe ( ***** live flying termites) we called Oct 4th and asked from them to come treat in which they said we would be placed on a stand bye list. Come Oct 18th (two weeks later) still no contact/visit we called again and explained the urgency of the situation as we are now up to over 100 termites killed. We also explained ( as we did in May) that a contractor was in process of replacing exterior wood and that it is critical they come out to treat prior to the new wood being installed. Today is Oct 30th and still no follow up call or visit to treat the house. I am asking that we be fully refunded given LACK of responsiveness and failure to honor a warranty.

We have no record of you contacting us earlier this month. It is protocol that we place customers on standby during the swarm season, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. If you have repairs being completed, please contact **** at ************ and she will have a technician to your home immediately. We look forward to hearing back from you and thank you for being an Xtermite customer.
