  It is difficult to get a timely appointment. It seems to be about a 4-6 week wait once you call for an appointment. I had a spot that had been treated, but termites returned. The person who came to treat the area also did my annual inspection. He was very thorough, informative and pleasant. He caught a few other spots that needed treatment as well.

  ***** came out to do the inspection for termites in my home. He was very pleasant and professional, and thoroughly checked every room and closet in my home. I have had four other estimates and no one had done that. I felt very confident, which is why I chose Xtermite. Im sorry, I forgot the name of the young man who applied the treatment, but he was also very courteous, efficient, and completed the treatment in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Xtermite to anyone.

  Starting with the inspection, they are very thorough and caught more things than another company. Their fee is fair and the process was WAY better than tenting. All the employees are so pleasant!

  The inspection was very thorough and the price was very competitive to the tenting alternative. All employees were very courteous when explaining the process and answering questions. The house had an active termite infestation and so far, after a week since the house was treated, there has been no evidence of termite activity.

  Very professional and courteous. ******* completed preliminary inspection locating infested areas. **** completed follow on inspection and treating infested areas. Much easier and cheaper than tenting. When they were finished left no marks on walls. No unpleasant smells. I would highly recommend this team to anyone concerned about termites.

  We have used Xtermite for over a decade. They are easy to contact by phone and arrive during their promised window of arrival. Appointments are hard to come by because they are so popular.They are polite and efficient and considerate. I highly recommend them.

  What a fantastic company to deal with. If I could give them a higher rating than a "5", I would do that. I recently had termite service done on my home and was so happy with the customer service/treatment received from ******* ******, the Sales Inspector that came to my home to access what needed to be treated. He was so very professional, kind and considerate. I felt very comfortable with the whole process from the time Mr. ****** came to my home up until the time the job was finished by ***** who applied the ********** and who was also very professional, kind and considerate. When they spoke to me or answered my questions, I was always addressed as "mam". Both ******* and ***** did a great job of making me feel comfortable and explaining everything that was going to be done and where it was going to be done. Thank you Xtermite, *************** for a fantastic job well done. I would recommend this company highly.

  Nice company and great service. Provides thorough inspections and precise application of product to stop any termite infestation.I recommend XTermite! No tenting and moving the entire household!
