    We booked a 2-queen room for 3 nights, from Aug 9 to 12, 2023. When we came back from the second day trip on Aug 11, we found a huge smell of marijuana in the room, especially the bathroom. Our group has 2 adults and 2 6-year-old kids. We called the front desk immediately, and they offered to only switch to a 2-queen pet friendly room (that's the only 2-queen room available, the remaining are all 1-king rooms, according to them). However, our group have people allergic to animal furs, so we would like to switch to 2 king rooms. The front desk lead (his name is ***************************) immediately refused it in a very mean and rude way. He said they were out of king room, but we checked online immediately and found out they actually had more than 2 king rooms available.Eventually we got kicked out of the hotel in the evening of Aug 11, one day before the originally planned Aug 12. 2 adults and 2 kids, with 6 big luggage, trying to find another whole to spend the night when it was after 6pm.Having someone (not sure who they were, maybe the cleaning persons from the hotel, or not) got into our room and smoke weed while we were away is a very big and serious security issue. We have 2 kids in the group. We all felt deeply scared and this was a very horrible experience.We request the hotel to refund the 2 nights' feed from Aug 9 to 11, which is 190.73*2 = ******
