    I checked into the best western on account my house sold quicker than expected and in between apartment searching and work I chose their pet friendly hotel just 1 1/2 from my work. after 15 days , I decide I needed to extend my stay another 5 days. I was denied because the manager put a hold on me booking an extension. I was told by the front desk clerk that the manager **** said I had left my dog unattended while at work. I asked to speak to ****, he declined. Not once did he advise me, did he text me, call me or meet me personally to hear my reason and explanation. He simply told the front desk to deny my booking. I am responsible dog owner. I take great measures to ensure my dog is well behaved. I walked him for an hour prior to work, came back on 3 times a day to ensure all is good, then id walk him for an hour after I arrived back from work. I told the cleaning ladies to just leave me trash bags, and clean towels and that id clean my room. I did this just to alleviate their work. My dog is house trained and an Emotional Support Animal, certified. in 15 days no one had an issue or complaint. on Sunday September 29- I was told no and denied booking 5 days more. I had already spent almost $3000 up until this day. Not once did the acting manager **** take the time to meet me, come see the room in question, see my dog, advise me, text me, call me , nothing. After several attempts walking to the front desk to ask if he was in. He simply told the front desk to deny my extension. I had to be at work at 11 am and I had to miss work. I took photos of my room at ********************************************** I requested several cleaning ladies to come see my room. They expressed how clean it looked. As if id just checked in. Not like 15 days in. One even told me she'd advise the manager that. she viewed the room and how good it looked. No response. I reached out to ************** across the street explained what was done to me. they welcomed my dog with treats and bones.
