    They scammed me and stole my information, it's sick that we lost the actual discount due to this company. I wonder if they're connected to the cable companies.

    They created an account in my name, taking the *** credit away from my internet provider. Spent days tying to correct this with them, they do nothing. Contacted the **** FCC& ID Theft report; still they keep a alledged account in my name.

    This company fraudulently took my mother's information and opened an account under her name. They are stealing social security numbers and forging signatures.

    There should be an option for 0 stars. This company has fraudulently established service using my personal information. I am waiting for a response from their escalation department. I am livid that something like this happened to me. Who knows who else has been affected and may not know it.
