  On Dec 27th this company transferred my mom's ACP internet credit without consent and knowledge. Contacted the *** and ACP program and had to do the reapplication process and co tact the **************** which is Charter Spectrum and they were able to transfer the benefit back to them from Prosper Wireless. I'm not sure how this occurred but not happy about it nor is my mother.

  On 12-15-23, a fraudulent account was opened with Prosper Wireless in my name using the ***/Lifeline website to enroll in the *** program. I was notified by my current internet company that my *** discount was removed because my benefit was transferred to another company. I've never heard of Prosper, so I contacted them, only to find out that they make it next to impossible to disenroll. Instructions given to me were not acceptable to my current company, and the *** rep said they've never heard of a company refusing to close an account due to fraud. It was recommended that I contact the *** and report this company and the fraud they are committing against unwitting customers. This company is stealing Federal benefits from low income people and should be shut down.

  this company is a scam and ******** deserve to not wake up in the morning and not have a proper burial service. if this company employees do have ************** it need to become a official public restroom to urinate on their ****** with bacteria infected urine .sincerely from the bottom of my soul f you prosper wireless

  This company fraudulently opened an account using my information on 12-13-2023, in order to receive my ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program) benefits. And they tell me I enrolled via door-to-door salesman. I have a no solicitation sign, no one came to my house on this day.

  This company fraudulently opened an account using my information on 12-9-2023, in order to receive my ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program) benefits. And they cannot tell me whom or where this false claim originated from.I had never heard of this company before today, 12-13-2023

  SAME AS OTHER COMPLAINTS PROSPER WIRELESS USED MY INFORMATION TO OPEN UP A FRADULENT ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THROUGH THE LIFELINE ACP PROGRAM AND NOW THEY WONT SHUT ACCOUNT DOWN OR EVEN GIVE ME INFORMATION ON THE ACCOUNT. IM FRUSTRATED PROSPER WIRELESS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND BUSINESSCLOSED AND ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ALLOWING THIS COMPANY TO GAIN ACCESS TO PEOPLES PRIVATE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND NO HELP RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. LIFELINE/ACP IS FRADULENT AS WELL.

  Prosper Wireless has opened a fraudulent account using my name, social security number and birthdate.They used a different address. They did all this without my permission. They also switched my ACP discount from my internet provider to themselves without my permission.They refused to close the fraudulent account, or to de-enroll it so I could get my ACP discount back to my internet provider.So now they have taken my discount money for themselves and I have an open account in my name with them, that was opened with stolen information, without my permission that they refuse to close.I have filed a report with the ***.I also filed a report at fcc.gov.Make sure you do as well!The Prosper Wireless representative also mentioned a free tablet. I didn't ask for one, so I don't know if they are scamming the government out of those as well as the monthly money?There is something seriously wrong with this company.There are too many similar reviews here to be a coincidence!Report them at the *** number, the FCC.gov website and here as well!!

  My social security number and home address was used to open a cell phone line through Prosper Wireless LLC without my knowledge or permission. I contacted Prosper Wireless LLC and they refused to give me any information on who opened this or how this happened. They are running a scam with a government agency to fraudulently give people free tablets. They cost me hundreds of dollars in extra fees. I looked up the phone number that was issued with my personal information and it led to a location in ******. They refuse to give me a letter confirming what happened to provide to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion and IdentityTheft.gov. Their LLC is located out of state. They are high level scammers and frauds.
