    I canceled mine and my husband’s membership. Crunch canceled my husband’s but continues to bill me. My membership says it’s still active. I’ve contacted the manger to fix this problem and he assured me it was fixed. But it is not. He has told me he would fix it on three separate occasions, but every month they continue to bill me. I would like my account zeroed out and my membership canceled and to stop being billed monthly for a service that I no longer have. This membership has been canceled since July 2024.

    My daughter K***** ******** had her membership on a hold status as of September 2021. Then in October 2021 she went into the Crunch Fitness, Simi Valley and spoke to **** and cancelled her membership. Which he failed to enter into her file and it remained open. I was told on 2/12/24 there is no record of the cancellation. And they have been charging me since March of 2022. They also increased the monthly charge in November 2022 without any notification. I have tried to resolve this issue with their office to no avail. And we have no physical proof of the cancellation as this was done in person not through an email.
    I did explain this to their operations manager (Aden) who said because there is nothing in the file he could not help me. And to cancel the membership I would have to pay for the month and then it could be cancelled. I asked Aden for their corporate office number he said he did not have that and left me to my own devices to try to resolve this issue.
    I contacted Crunch Fitness, Santa Clarita and spoke to Jennifer who was very helpful and gave me the information I needed to connect with customer service and make a formal complaint to the corporate office.
    I feel they took advantage of a young student and am only asking to refund money they were not entitled to take.
