I purchased (what was supposed to be) 2x replacement HP ink cartridges #952 (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Black)for my HP printer and was sent fraudulent (non HP compatible) ink cartridges. I am now completely unable to use my printer due to these fraudulent ink cartridges that were sent to me. I want them to refund ALL of my money!Business Response

I ordered ink from 123inkjets for my Brother printer on 1/23/23. It was order #07-0******89 for (1) cyan $8.90, (2) Black $29.68, (1) Magenta $8.90, (1) Yellow $8.90. The total came to $60.95 including tax. I received (2) black ink and (1) magenta. No blue and no yellow ink. I called and spoke to a man in charge who gave me the run around. He couldn’t find my order, he’d have to check with the warehouse etc. etc. I then emailed when he never got back to me. I spoke with a Danica next in SEVEN separate emails and now she’s claiming she’s unaware of this sale and will have to check with the warehouse which should take two days and once again it’s over that. Their website states ink will go out in 2 days. When the boxes arrived for the ink I DID get, they were all smashed and I’m not even sure if they are even able to be used or not, as I still have my starter ink that came with the new printer! It’s one thing after another with 123inkjets and clearly, they hope you just give up. I’m entitled to a refund of the products I paid for and did not receive.

I am rejecting this response because: While they did let me cancel the order, the charge had already cleared my account and been sent to them, I did email them with this information and am waiting for the money to be refunded.
