    Horrible customer service at this location, and potential theft. I ordered a phone on Verizon's app and paid for it in full. About $1200. This phone was to be delivered to this location for me to pick up. A couple days later I called for an ETA. Jay picked up to inform me that my phone had been sold to another customer. I was very confused at to how my phone, that was mine since I already paid for in full, was sold to someone else. He repeatedly told me I wasn't listening and there was not other way he could explain it. Saying, "Look, you aren't LISTENING TO ME!, your NOT getting the phone!!." He didn't apologize, he didn't offer to order me another one. He then told me I needed to canx my order on the app. He told me other people were waiting months for this phone and I wasn't going to get one. He then told me he didn't like my tone, since I was still questioning how this could happen and he hung up on me. I called back to ask for a manager and was hung up on by C**** and then again put on an extended hold. When I showed up at the store to talk to a manager, I was told that Jay, aka Jeremy, was the manager. The two other employees there C**** & A***, I was told, were also extremely rude. A*** shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn't care what had happened with a smirk on his face. Obviously not even worried about treating a customer poorly either. I am absolutely appalled at how a manager of a store could treat it's paying customers like this. In my view this was theft. The phone was paid in full and was mine at that moment and was stolen from me and sold to someone else.
