    I came across an advertisement for two cars that were on sale for Memorial Weekend, both within my budget. I called Nissan of San Bernardino to confirm the availability of these vehicles. The salesperson assured me both cars were in stock and available when I mentioned I would be driving an hour and a half to the dealership.Upon arrival, the salesperson immediately wanted to discuss pricing. I explained that I wasnt comfortable discussing numbers before seeing or test-driving the vehicles. She informed me that both cars were currently in the service department and should be ready by the end of the day. I requested photos to help me decide whether to proceed, but she continued to push other vehicles instead of the ones I was interested in.After waiting three hours, I decided to leave. The cars advertised were neither on the lot nor in the service department as initially stated. I was told they were at a different dealership, and the manager, *****, refused to let me see the vehicles or their photos. She was evasive when I asked about these specific ******* total, I spent nearly six hoursincluding travel timeon Memorial Day trying to see vehicles they ultimately refused to show me. I wish they had been honest from the beginning.

    ***********************,*********************** are hands down the worst employees I've ever seen work ***** made sure to make my car last to be seen and worked on I showed up at 1pm it's now 4pm only thing that got done was my oil change and transmission when I got to pay I'm told to use a debit card that I provided them when I go to check out they say that they don't except square space as a legitimate debit card but do except chime

    *********************** was sales person who told me come to dealership and if we cant make deal we will compensate a gas you used.So I went in and we couldnt make a deal. It came time to pay the gas that we used to get there as promised, and the desk man or management said we are not going to pay the gas. They did not fulfill the promise. It was a dirty tactic just to get me to come in. I have the text messages to prove it. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but its a principal matter. If theyre willing to lie about something this small I do not want to do business with them and I dont think no one else should if theyre this dishonest.

    I drop my 2021 Nissan Titan last Wednesday because have some problems with shifting from park to drive I call few times to trenda G***** service advisor for a update never answered live a few messages she never call me back I decided to go to the dealer on Saturday and they said truck is ready but didn’t fix the problem when a get to my truck I noticed that diagnostic computer cable was holding on the floor technician leave a mess also customer service is very poor everybody looks like they have a bad day
