Ordered Hat 12/8/22 order # **********. I received the order 12/13/22 only to have gotten the wrong size!! I ordered a size 7 3/4 and it is even on the order, the bag the hat is in is also tagged 7/34, but i got a size 7 sent to me. I reached out ASAP by email 1st thing that morning 12/13/22 with photos of what i got...no response. Then i call the customer service number 3 times on 12/13/22 ...music played for 5 min then a msg saying to leave a detailed msg for a callback...no response. I called again to the customer service number 12/14/22 ..again 5 min of music with a leave msg response...this is ridiculous!!!! The mistake is clearly not my fault, and i have no assistance , but my money is taken...this is happening with too many companies ,,either send me the correct size or refund me..never again will i purchase from this company.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders on 11/11/22 order *********4 and 11/10/22 order *********5. I saw online that if you joined legacy you get free shipping on orders $75 and over. Both orders were $75 and over. I contacted customer service and they stated for Nike and Jordan shoes they don’t order free shipping. No where in the website does it state that. Is this false advertisement with the “free shipping” if that’s the case I will buy shoes elsewhere. I would like a refund on shipping for both orders.Initial Complaint

On nov 19 I placed an order for 2 pair of Jordan 11 midnight navy for a total of 191.One in a size 12 and the Other in a size 6c. I have tried calling the bogus number on the email I received after placing the order and have gotten no answer. I even called the minute the opened and keep getting transferred to the voicemail. I ordered some jordans on 8/31/22 for $163. 11 at 12:19 noon. I was under the impression I would be picking the shoes up at **** N. **** ***** blvd **** store in Compton within 24 hours. Once I didn't receive a email to pick them up within that 24hours, I emailed the support email asking the refund policy,on 9/2/22, but no answer. I called the customer service line Saturday morning to find out they were closed , I called the store, and no answer , the phone just kept ringing. I got a email back Monday 9/5/22 asking if i wanted to cancel the order, when I replied the same day, no response. Then I resent an email 9/7/22 asking to cancel the order since there was no updates nor new responses and I got an email back 9/7 at 10:53 with my order confirmation with the subject changed to : "CREDIT **** FOR YOUR ****** SHOES ORDER", and as a result I sent an email back 9/7 at 4:16pm and 9/8 at 12:07 noon requesting my money back not store credit...still no response! I just want the money back as soon as possible and I learned to never order shoes from them again.Initial Complaint

False advertising.
I ordered shoes that were well over the $75 and $125 amount. Their shipping policy states free shipping in the US for these amounts and over and yet they still charged me $14.25 in shipping. I contacted customer service to inquire and get my shipping refund and the representative emailed me back saying that jordans are excluded from discounts and promotions. What does that have to do with a discount and promotion. I'm not expecting a discount or promotion on my item. I just want the advertised shipping. This company is a joke. No wonder why they had to file bankruptcy. Cancel my order ill take my business somewhere else.Initial Complaint

I ordered the ******** shoes, they shipped pretty quick, i received a notification from Ups they were delivered. I have a front door camera. It never showed the truck or the driver arrived. I put a lost claim with ups, they investigated and said because the ups driver said he left at my front door my case was closed. I never received my shoes. I called sheik they said they gonna open another claim. It has been a month have not heard from them. I paying for shoes I don’t have. I purchased a pair of shorts on Shiekh, and they never shipped it out to me, a week later I ask why they haven't shipped it out, and they provide me a tracking number with a label created and the package was never sent out. And if I go back to the listing where I purchased the shorts originally, the shorts are sold out.... So they basically stole my money and never shipped out my shorts. Websites like this deserve to be shut down. I want my money back and they are not responding to my messages in my emails. This is a scam website or they are extremely dysfunctional or unorganized, after reviewing all the complaints and reviews off of multiple different websites, I now regret purchasing from them.
