    I purchased an ice machine from the company last summer and within the first six months had problems with the ice machine. I filed a with the company and they asked that I send video of the ice machine and what it was doing. They asked me to send the back as it was still under warranty. It took me a few months to send the machine back because they only provided a shipping label. It was a large under the counter machine I had to acquire boxes and packing for. I returned the ice machine. After weeks and months of no communication, they offered me a 15% money back on the machine which I refused as I paid $1700 for the machine and it was still under warranty. We have gone and now there has been zero communication even though I have called and emailed the company multiple times. Now they have my machine And are offering me no other resolution. I still dont have my machine back, fixed or not and have been given no further resolution.

    We purchased an ice maker from ******* (website says owned by Rowan Electric Appliance) on November 3, 2024 for $1,170 with a 1 year warranty. The ice maker worked initially and then stopped a couple months later. I reached out to the customer support line and shared the issue and provided video. They asked me to run a trouble shooting activity and send another video of the result, which I did. The trouble shooting did not work. They offered a 30% refund to which I refused. They then stated they could not offer a replacement at this time and offered a 60% refund. I have emailed and called several times now as clearly this is unacceptable. They sold a product under warranty that quit working in less than 6 months. At this time, they are not even responding back to me anymore.

    I purchased a ******** 22.2 inch flip up door commercial ice machine from Lowes on November 7th 2024, I did not buy an extended warranty through *****. However when my ice machine quit making ice about 2 weeks ago I contacted Lowes, they apologized and said I would have to contact the manufacturer because it did come with a 1-year warranty. With the ice machine being less than 6 months old I was concerned. They gave the contact info to Rowan Electric Appliances. The California number was 1- (818)-(468)-(1528). Since Im not based in Pacific time zone I had to wait everyday till they opened. No one answered the phone for 3 days?! Someone finally reached out on Thursday May 15th telling me I had been placed on a waitlist and someone would call me soon, but I could send a picture of my order information to that number. After they received my order information they asked for me to send a descriptive video of some of the ice machine parts. I never heard anything back from them. Friday afternoon I finally got a call and they said they would submit a warranty claim for me.. that it would take 5-7 business days just for this claim to go through?! I expressed my concern to the lady and told her Im running a business and solely make drinks and rely on this ice machine that I barely got use of for 6 months. They were not helpful at all, Im losing income. Ive spent close to 100$ on bagged ice in the last couple of days. I have not heard from them at all. Why is it that I spent $1300 on a faulty ice machine and they cannot assist me and my business? I do not have money to go buy a new one when I spent all my money on this one.

    I purchased two beverage coolers and an ice machine. I received one beverage cooler and one ice machine. The other beverage cooler was damaged in shipment and sent back to the facility per the shippers recommendations. I have emailed, used their live chat, and attempted to call their support phone number with very limited response only through email. It has now been three weeks since they received the damage item back at their warehouse. I have still not received confirmation that I am being shipped my second beverage cooler.

    Commercial ice machine from Lowes Purchased 8/16/24 No longer making ice. I have done all the trouble shooting and nothing. Now the company wants a video 20 minutes to show the issue. I paid for extra warrior and am not satisfied with me being the service person

    I bought an ice maker from *****. Within 60 days of receiving said appliance it stops working. Contacted lowes and was told I had to contact the manufacture. I contacted them and they asked for pictures and a video of said appliance. To this day I have not received a replacement or a refund and it's been weeks
