    horrible business, i purchased a Kismile nugget ice maker from Rowan and it stopped working in less than 6 months. they do not answer emails or chat messages. only getting a 1 star rating because i have to choose one, but they are not even deserving of that!!!

    This company is like so many others. They use cheap parts these days that dont hold up to the task they are built to perform. I bought a dehumidifier from Bed, **** and Beyond in September of 2023. It was purchased with your typical 1 year warranty which ultimately is worthless. This machine quit working just less than a year later. Bed, Bath and Beyond was initially notified, but dont stand behind the appliances they sell, so they wash their hands of the problem by making you go to the manufacturer. I notified ROWAN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES with all the necessary info they asked for and after several weeks of back and forth communication with excuses, I was sent a text message today to inform me that my warranty had expired! So they walk away leaving the consumer to bite the dust once again. It is my suggestion to stay clear of any appliance made by Rowan Electrical Appliance.

    Stay away from this company! They are scammers. They do not return calls, text, emails. I am in the process of getting this company and seller banned from selling on Amazon.******** *.
