To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Driving 160 Academy. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and concerning, and I believe it warrants an investigation to ensure that no other individuals have to endure similar issues.During my time with Driving 160 Academy, I encountered several serious problems that compromised not only my safety but also my aspirations. The key issues are as follows:1. Neglect of Safety Protocols: The academy consistently failed to adhere to basic safety protocols. This included inadequate maintenance of vehicles and insufficient training for instructors, which put students at significant risk.2. Lack of Integrity: There were numerous instances where the academy did not provide services as promised. This includes unfulfilled training sessions and misleading information about the course structure and certification process.3. Disrespectful Treatment: The staff at Driving 160 Academy displayed a lack of respect and professionalism towards students. Complaints and concerns were often dismissed or ignored, creating a hostile and unproductive learning environment.4. Financial Mismanagement: I encountered several billing discrepancies and unauthorized charges. Attempts to resolve these issues were met with resistance and uncooperative behavior from the administrative staff.Given the severity of these issues, I urge the Better Business Bureau to conduct a thorough investigation into Driving 160 Academy. It is my sincere hope that this investigation will lead to appropriate actions being taken to either reform or shut down this establishment, ensuring that no other individuals' safety, dreams, or financial well-being are compromised.Thank you for your attention to this matter. The safety issue occurred on 2/17/2025 Sincerely, ****** ****

Long story made short, I attended 160 Driving Academy and was contracted to take 3 DMV test to obtain my CDL. I took the test twice and failed. On my third appointment date, I arrived at the school in the morning to get practice. ***** the head supervisor, told me not to take the third test because she didn't think that I was not ready. She said that she would cancel my appointment and reschedule it. She asked me to get another voucher from my company to pay for more training. I contacted the company and the school and I never received any response. I went on vacation. When I returned, I went to the school and talked with ***** and she said the same thing, about me obtaining another voucher and other issues that was going on with the school. My CDL permit expired on 4/6/24. I went to the *** and obtained an extension until 10/3/24. I didn't know there was an urgency to take my third test. Therefore I waited to hear from my company or the school, to see what actions would be taken to get me prepared for my third test. Later I went to the school again and talked with *****. She said that I have been dropped from the school. I told her I never took my third test and that was not fair. I was entitled to take three tests. She said she would contact her supervisor and she would contact me and let me know if they would schedule me an appointment with the *** or not. I don't believe I'm going to receive any response from them and that they are going to be fair about the situation and time is of the essence, being that my Permit will expire on 10/3/24.

I recently completed my training at 160 Driving Academy in ********, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the instructors were undoubtedly the highlight of the school, the overall condition of the facilities, particularly the yard, was deplorable.Firstly, upon arrival, I was shocked to find the yard in a dilapidated state. The presence of abandoned buildings and trucks scattered around the premises painted a grim picture of neglect. It's disheartening to see such disregard for the upkeep of the training environment. Moreover, my frustration was compounded when I was denied the opportunity to retake my driving test. Despite having completed the necessary training and securing funding through WorkOne, I was informed that my $350 voucher would not be accepted due to the test ********* personal grievances. I find it perplexing that a private phone call, which I conducted politely, could somehow offend the ******* and hinder my ability to take the test.To make matters worse, ****, the sole test ******* at the location, is refusing to conduct my test, leaving me with no choice but to seek alternative testing facilities. Despite my efforts, the school has offered no assistance in finding a resolution or guiding me through the necessary steps. In conclusion, while the instructors at 160 Driving Academy in ********, are commendable, the dismal condition of the facilities and the lack of support in crucial matters such as test scheduling and resolution of issues have left me deeply disappointed. I would caution others considering this institution to thoroughly assess their options before enrolling.Overall, my experience with 160 Driving Academy in ********, was highly unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it to others.Sincerely,******
