We show on July 27, 2024, Mr. ************;ordered the Ultimate Battle Blaster, on that same day an offer for our monthly membership program was offered. Mr. ************;would have had to check that off if he wanted the recurring monthly charge to be able to have access to our discount stores to purchase a ton of items at a seriously discounted cost. We show today August 19, 2024 Mr. ******* emailed in requesting to cancel his account. The account was canceled out at that time. The confirmation of cancel is C-231071. As well as a refund was issued.
Refunds can take up to 3-10 business days to reflect on the account.

On May 31st I was charge $1 then on June 7th and July 8th, all in 2024, I was charged $39.95 for a subscription I did not authorize. I received no confirmation of any subscription made. I then go to the website and try and contact the merchant but have no heard anything for 2 days.Business Response

I have no idea how I'm involved with this company, I was first charged 9 months ago, called the company and was told they are a business logistics company. I do not own or operate any type of business. I was told I was going to be removed from their system and received a refund. 3 months later, same charge appears, went through the same process and now another 3 months go by and I'm being charged again. So I saw an add for a tactical flash light . It was supposed to be for 9.95 that was charged on April 30th Then On May 7th I was charge $58.04 still haven't received a flash light at all !! Then I check and they are trying to take another $58.04 out on May 22 2024 . STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE FLASH LIGHT. I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING FOR A REFUND OR ASKED TO RECEIVE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR ANYTHING !! IT WAS SIMPLY SUPPOSED TO BE. A FLASH LIGHT !! We show on April 30, 2024, Ms. *************************** placed an order for the Tactical Flashlight, which was $9.95 shipping and handling to receive the product. On that same day an offer for our monthly membership program was offered. Ms. ******-Worsham would have had to check that off if she wanted the recurring monthly charge to be able to have access to our discount stores to purchase a ton of items at a seriously discounted cost.
We show on May 23, 2024, Ms. *************************** emailed in asking about the charge where she was explainied and asked if she wanted to continue with the membership. There was no other contact with our company. We have gone ahead and canceled the account. The confirmation is C-157024.
We are unable to process a refund as there was an error. We will be mailing a check to Ms. *************************** for $58.04 + $9.95. The check will be mailed to the address on file which is: **************************************************************;36618. Please allow 10 business days to receive the check.

I reached out to Cybersale and they said I when I ordered a Tactical Flashlight for $4.95 it was through electowidget.com who apparently signed me up for a Subscription with Cybersale ************** WITHOUT my knowledge OR consent!!! I did not notice it until this month(April 4th) when my ************* alerted me about a possible Fraudulent Transaction! Looking at my Statements for previous months I found 3 more transactions from Cybersale (one of which was a deal $39.95 for being a Senior citizen) the others were Feb 2nd- $58.04/ Feb 26th -$58.04/ March 19th $39.95/April 4th-$58.04! It does NOT even make sense to get charged twice in one Month for a single Subscription! I did NOT authorize OR receive ANY e-mails, Mail OR information regarding the Subscription!Business Response

We show on April 12, 2024, Ms. ******* emailed in asking about the membership, she was advised to reach out to customer service. We do not show any other contact with our company. We have cancelled out the account at this time and processed a courtesy refunds.

Several hours ago (3/27/24) I purchased a tactical flashlight for $4.95. shipping was free. Within 3 hours I was charged $58.04 from the same company. I don't know why. I did not subscribe to anything. I immediately requested a refund for both charges and was denied within seconds. Website said flashlight could be purchased for $4.95. An hour and fifteen minutes later there was an additional charge on my card for $58.04! On December 28th 2023 I ordered a tactical flashlight. It said I was supposed to pay shipping only which was $4.95. When I looked at my charge card it did charge $4.95 but then the same day it charged $58.04. We just received the flashlight yesterday and the packing slip says $58.04. This is not the price that was agreed upon so I would like the $58.04 to be refunded to me.
