I placed my order in February of 2025 in anticipation of a Spring delivery of live bushes. Each time I checked on the order status online it said yet to be shipped. Come May planting season, they said they had crop failure. I understand things happen with living things and Mother Nature.
What I don’t understand is there was NO communication about my order. No refund, until I advocated for the proper course of action. Were they hoping I would forget? How many other people’s money are they essentially stealing and not fulfilling orders? Poor customer service. Poor business ethics.

We left a grand review in March 2025. The rose died. The warranty is bogus. We called 4 times, left 4 messages via their site and wrote a letter. We have heard NOTHING. The company never responded to any emails, calls or letters.
We highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. This company is worthless.
Here is the pledge from Grace Rose Farms which they DO NOT adhere to.
    Your Happiness Guaranteed
We’re incredibly proud of our garden roses and the loving care each plant receives so it blooms beautifully for you. If you don’t fall in love with our roses, we will replace them free of charge or provide a prompt refund. Just reach out to us so we can make your happiness our top priority.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I placed an order for 75 roses (had to order as 60 + 15 because they don't offer 75). I filled out the contact form on their website to add a gift note and to see if I could have all 75 roses packaged together as one bouquet because it was for a 75th birthday. I filled out the form on their website twice, emailed, left a voice mail, and sent a DM through Instagram over the course of a few days with no reply. (Their website says they reply to most messages within 24 hours which is a lie.) Finally someone from customer service replied after several days with a generic response that all flowers would be packaged together as one bouquet. The rep sent a very bizarre photo saying "I have included a photo to show you they will all be packaged together" and it was clearly not my order. It was a small bouquet, nowhere close to 75 roses, and the photo was taken in someone's personal laundry room. Never acknowledged the gift note request. Very strange. Needless to say, the roses arrived with no gift note and were not packaged together as one bouquet. They arrived as 5 bouquets of 15 roses. After reading Instagram comments, facebook comments, and Reddit threads, it seems this company has a terrible reputation. And this entire time, they were promoting being on GMA on their Instagram page instead of replying to customers. I saw multiple people commenting on their Instagram posts asking for help with their orders with no reply. I truly feel sorry for anyone who falls for their beautiful Instagram feed and places an order with Grace Rose Farm. Never again for me and I'll make sure my friends who follow them know as well. Terrible experience.

My wife ordered a WW2 rose in November 2024 and it arrived this week, March 15, 2025 which is about the beginning of our season in Tucson, Arizona.
Pleased and surprised to receive a plant with 11 new grow buds. Have never seen this before. Pretty darn cool.
Other than not receiving a notice the rose was shipped. We are floored with the quality of the rose plant we were shipped.
If this is the usual quality, then we will definitely purchase from them again. Surprised at the negative reviews. This company is terrific and the quality of the rose shipped is healthy and actively growing.
    Will purchase from them again!

I would not recommend purchasing anything from these people. I bought a rose bush last year, it was supposed to get to me fall as per the emails. It is now almost spring and I have no rosebush or refund. Look up reviews on these people and don’t fall for it. All they do is gaslight via email.

I received my order on time. The flowers were still buds (as stated in the flyer) and they bloomed fully over the next few days. I was very pleased with my flowers I received. The price point is pretty high in my opion but for valentines day it is to be expected. I will be ordering a rose bush from them based off my zone for gardening.

I placed orders with Grace Rose Farm in 2023. The estate roses I ordered came but couple of them never "woke up." I did request a replacement for the one I wanted most but I let go on the others as a loss. Of estate roses I ordered, only a couple have survived.
    I placed two exclusive orders:
    1/23/23 - 3 bushes
    7/19/23 - 3 bushes
I ordered for FALL DELIVERY. I never received them. I inquired and was told that I had opted to have them overwintered on Gracie's farm. I never opted to have them overwintered. I was told that it was in an email. I searched by keyword through every email. There was nothing stating my roses would be overwintered. I actually recieved my orders on 4/25/24 & 4/30/24. The roses were only about 6 inches tall and looked like rooted cuttings, not huge rose bushes I was promised (for forced waiting)
I was unhappy with the size and when planted, there wasn't a root ball. The soil fell away. I planted them anyway and by 5/14/24 they were all either dead or close. I rarely lose bushes so I reached out to GRF & was told - give alfalfa and cut back. I agreed to try but told them Pink O'Hara was dead. They said they did not have another and I would have to get another rose. I got one because I did not want to wait another year+.
Later I filled out the claim form for 2 more bushes that had died under their warranty. Another was dying, but I was still trying with the now 2 inch stubs from cutting die back. I was told I would get my replacements this fall. I reached out today to ask about them. I was told "I have just ordered these and they'll be delivered in spring" I said I was already told they had been ordered for fall. They sent back basically that it wasn't a good idea but they could send them by 12/24. After I was promised they would be here in fall.
I have spent a lot & gotten nothing in return but run around and excuses. If you complain you are blacklisted and attacked by the followers of the company. PRIZES ARE GIVEN FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS.

    I love GRF.
The cut roses I purchased were simply breathtaking—fresh, vibrant, and beautiful.. They added a touch of elegance to my home and lasted much longer than other blooms I've had in the past.
In addition to their cut flowers, the healthy rose bushes sold by GRF are impressive. They offer a fantastic variety, all well-cared-for and ready to thrive in any garden.
Overall, Grace Rose Farm is a hidden gem for anyone who loves roses. The combination of stellar customer service, gorgeous cut flowers, and robust rose bushes makes it a business I always support.
