    I ordered two dozens of roses. I also purchased the Route Package Protection so that I received the roses in the best condition possible. I even planned to be home and was in fact at home when the delivery was made so the roses did not sit outside waiting to be put in water. When I opened up the box, one dozen of the roses (white "Patience" roses - supposedly David Austen roses) were withered with brown edges along the petals. Even more, their stems were so thin, they could barely hold up in a vase when I tried to put them in water to hydrate them. The other dozen roses (yellow "Catalina" roses) were in better condition - the flowers full and with thick stems - but two of them were cut right under the flowers leaving no way to salvage them. Having spent a lot of money on these so called "designer roses," I contacted customer service right away. I called the customer service number but no one picked up and was simply told to send an email, which I did. What came after was nothing short of intentional manipulation. I wish I could post every single bit of correspondence regarding this situation. I don't even have the energy or the heart to go through every single thing they said in response. As a business owner myself, it is beyond belief how anyone could treat a customer this way, much less a returning customer, who has purchased from them more than half a dozen times before simply bc I made one complaint about the condition of the roses received.

    Never came until I started a dispute with my credit card then overnighted. Said would refund my express shipping I paid but never did. Customer service was incredibly rude (J****) and arguing about it being UPS’s fault (I can see when it was shipped on my UPS account). Also stated the refund sarcastically which never happened. Because of his rudeness and how it was handled would never order again from this company.

    WEBSITE IS VERY MISLEADING!!! They promote the charm of garden roses grown on their farm but in reality, if your order is not local to them or not wholesale, your order is shipped from out of the country - from Columbia!

    I'll start out by saying the website is beyond deceiving. Having many rose bushes my self these roses are a Joke. I'm embarrassed to say I've placed over 20+ orders and spent thousands of dollars with Grace Rose Farm. Almost every time something goes wrong whether it's shipping or the roses them selves, to keep it simple. The thing is im a huge supporter of small businesses and or "family owned". Im also not unreasonable given that I've given them so many chances to get it right. To be honest, the worst part is is that they say they have customer support, they don't. I've tried to call them a multitude of times and never has anyone ever picked up the phone nor have I received a call-back. Contacting them from email? You MIGHT get a response but its weeks after. This company is nothing but a scam and constantly falls short on their promises as a legitimate business. Im surprised theyre still in business. Most of the reviews are 1 or 2 stars (1.3 stars on Better Business Bureau) EEEK! What does that tell you? Every once in a while there's reviews for the full 5 stars, not 3, not 4, and the reviews are so detailed in a way that it's obviously been fabricated or payed for. So I also feel like instead of GRF helping all of us "real customers" and making it right, they're more concerned about covering their own @$$. It's almost insulting. Needless to say, trust the stars, or lack of, and go elsewhere to purchase roses. Please don't make the same mistake me and all the others have

    bought a couple of potted rose bushes but they all came with heavy infestation of spider mites and all look very unhealthy with lots of yellow leaves. I'm so disappointed with the purchase so I wanted to cancel my bareroot orders that haven't been shipped out. The customer support not only didn't feel sorry about the quality but also rejected my cancellation request and said that orders cannot be canceled after 48hours! This is not a customer's problem, and it was because I don't trust their roses anymore. They charged me as soon as I placed the orders even though they are pre-order! This is not how a business should do to treat customers.

    Ordered flowers for our anniversary and they arrived beautifully packaged and their vase life was outstanding. We've since become regular customers and have spent thousands of dollars on their exclusive rose bushes. We're proud to support their business.

    GRF provided the highest quality roses my wife and I have ever had
    The roses came in woth strong canes, and have flourised in our Panama City backyard.
    The customer service team is above reproach. They're incredible to work with, and have always answered any questions day of.
    From here on our, GRF will be our primary grower we buy from. The price is fair for the outstanding quality, and the variety offered is incredible. Great job GRF, been a pleasure so far!

    For my grandmother's 84th birthday, I ordered their two dozen garden rose arrangement called "Heather" for about $169. I paid an additional $25 for "next-day" shipping to have them delivered on 02/06/23. To my disappointment, when that day came, my grandmother never received her birthday roses. I tried calling the customer service number and got a machine the first few times until the second day when a man named Julio finally answered the phone. He was very friendly, and I explained my situation, to which he told me they were never delivered due to an internet glitch. Apparently, their website was supposed to send me a message before I placed my order because I was past the ordering "deadline" due to the holiday. I explained to him that I was never given any such notice and my order had gone through normally. He seemed sympathetic and arranged my initial order plus a free bouquet of 1 dozen Julia roses to be sent for the following Thursday, which I was happy to accept. Well, Thursday came, and neither one of the promised arrangements arrived. I am a floral designer by trade, so I didn't have the time to keep playing phone tag with this company with Valentine's Day upon us. So my mother emailed them, and once again, they were apologetic and scheduled the delivery plus a gift card for that Saturday. The arrangements never arrived on that day either. Now at this point, my grandmother still doesn't have her birthday roses, and I've grown exceedingly angry with the whole situation. I am in the floral business myself, and I do understand errors happen, but three times in a row!? So I contacted PayPal, disputed the charges, and got my money back which is what I should have done from the beginning. I'm sorry, I really did want to give this company the benefit of the doubt because the product they deal in is so lovely, but my experience won't allow me to do that. In fact, I'm not sure Grace Rose Farm is even legit after this past week. Three times you're out, buyers BEWARE.
