These people are nothing short of evil. I bought their basic package but didn't like it so I didn't renew. No problem.... they just renewed for me and charged my card.... something I NEVER authorized. And just try and find a phone number on their web site. Got a bot that told me I had to log on to talk to them. As if I remember any of that.

We did refund your credit card ending in **** on March 21, 2022 when you initially requested a refund under our 30-day refund policy. I don't see any other recent charges. 5 starsElegant Themes has the best support of any product I have ever purchased bar none. I am constantly singing their praises when we finish a chat about something I needed help with. I probably reach out to them 1-2 times per week with issues that are pretty minor, but important to make my sites look professional at all times. For example, the latest one had to do with making some text align properly on a mobile site. The ** support team wrote the *** for me and installed it where it needed to be. One day I'll take the time to learn *** well enough to whip some out like that, but until then, ** has my back.I've never had a less than amazing experience with the ** support team. They are always upbeat and willing. It's one of the main things that keeps me glued to ** and Divi. I can't imagine anyone else having support this good.Review fromRyan A

5 starsI recently switched to Divi from Salient Theme. I had no idea what I was missing until I took Divi for a spin, The **** platform and entire ecosystem is hands down the best in the business. I recently had a Woocommerce plugin issue and they resolved it very quickly! With Salient, I would have been waiting weeks for a solution!
