    I've been using DIVI from Elegant Themes for years now. And while I'm pretty good, I'll often run into an issue I can't solve. When this happens I'll contact support, give me URL and the issue, and within a few hours (sometimes less) a talented developer gets back with a solution. In the rare case when he/she can't solve the issue, the ticket is escalated and someone with more experience chimes in.To date, I've never had an issue they couldn't solve.

    Wow, We are so thankful that I found this service for our business. They provide one of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and it has saved us a lot of time and money because we no longer need to get a developer in case that we need to make micro changes in our website.     The Divi theme is extremely powerful and makes visually building and managing a website easier than I could have expected. I've come across a few oddities here and there and page speed issues, but the support team has helped me through countless issues like these. The fact that this theme is a one time payment for unlimited sites is crazy with the amount of functionality you get and the responsiveness of their support team.

    I've been using Elegant Themes themes and plugins for over 8 years. They have great support whenever I have tech issues I am unable to figure out and their Divi theme is known for being one of the best ones out there. I'd recommend them for sure.

    I use the Divi Theme from Elegant Themes. I have a lifetime license - it is not cheap. But it's well worth every *****. The Divi theme/builder is rock solid, and saves developers such as myself a great deal of time in building/maintaining WordPress websites. The large number of people who are Divi users means that the software has a big user base, which is important going forward. The support (a/k/a customer service) at ********************** is also very, very good: if you leave a support question through their portal, you will receive an answer very often the same day, commonly in a few hours depending on the time of day. The support team is international in scope, but these folks are all excellent at what they do, and you do not have to worry that English might not be their first language - they are all, in my experience, top-notch.I now use Divi from Elegant Themes for ALL of my new Wordpress sites - it's that good, and getting better/more sophisticated all the time.

    Although I have used other WordPress builders, I have been developing exclusively with Divi by Elegant Themes for over 5 years. Their product is just far superior to others, and they are always adding new options to the theme builder that I didn't even know I needed. Their customer service is always outstanding, and they will go above and beyond to help you when you need it.
