    No customer support Holding funds Fees to release my own money I have a valid LLC and thought it was verified as Stripe confirmed before I had my sales team start to send out invoices. Then when I sent out my first two invoices out to companies that I have done business with. Stripe then decided to put a hold on the funds that were processed. This has been going on for about a week and I still can't get any assistance on issuing a full refund to my client. I would like to sue stripe for misleading process. This has taken a huge toll on my company and reputation. If you are looking for a seamless less process DO NOT use Stripe it is a scam and I am not sure why their verification process is allowed.

    The worst company I have ever used, they literally ruin businesses, stripe made me fire 5 employees because they shut down my account for a single chargeback

    THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND THIS AFTER I GET NOTICE SOMEBODY TRIED TO LOG IN AND COMPROMISE MY ACCOUNT! I SENT STRIP A PICTURE OF MY LICENSE AND A PHOTO OF MYSELF- TWICE, AND THEY STILL WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE PERSON/FRAUDSTER THAT WAS TRYING TO LOG IN TO MY ACCT!!! I get no help whatsoever- they have no one live, not even CHAT for Gods Sake. I have no way to cancel the account- or get a **** response to my request for info for 3 days now. I am saying RUN from this platform !!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY it seems to me, certainly no one will respond to your cries for help

    Disappointment is an understatement.A client filed a dispute for $600, even though we had already refunded them $450 by mailing a check to speed up the process. Instead of helping, Stripe has withheld our funds and were now stuck waiting for weeks all while the client has already been paid.Were a nonprofit organization, and this situation is harming our ability to serve our community. Stripe has been of zero help. Ive spoken with multiple representatives who offer scripted responses but no actual solutions. Theres no way to reach a manager or anyone with decision-making power just different people calling at random times without resolving anything.Why would anyone use a platform where customers can dispute and freeze funds so easily, and where the platform itself provides no meaningful support? For the high fees Stripe charges, this level of service is unacceptable.

    Stripe customer service is non existent. Our account was hacked, our customers were victims of fraudulent charges. We attempted to contact Stripe to assist and get into our account to assess the damage. It has been impossible to reach a customer service representative.

    This has been a nightmare, I have been trying to get a response from Stripe, Inc., since July 2024 about my payout of more than $4k and the only response I get is "nothing", they have never responded to my emails and in my account just appears the message "Charges and payouts are paused, contact support for more information", and guess what, the only way to contact support is by email, and I continue waiting for a response that I know I will never receive it. The last email I sent was 2 days ago; they confirmed that they received my email, as always, with a promise they will contact me, promise they will never keep. This is really frustrating.

    SCAMM!!!! They closed my account claiming my client was high risk FYI MY CLIENT IS THE **********************. Then stripe froze $1900 of my funds in their reserve its been 4 months and still no money. I only did 4-6 transactions and all were from the same client. *** are they holding my funds for? My business has 0 ZEROOOOO CHARGE BACKS!!! SCAMMM!!!
