      If I could leave zero stars for this company, I would. I have to contact them every other month at least ************************************************************************* the incompetence of their drivers and their administration staff. Not only do my pick *** hardly ever come, but then when they reschedule my pick up for the next day, I have to call at three or 4 oclock to remind them that they havent come and then they rescheduled for the next day and they dont come, and then I have to make another phone call and the staff argue with me that my bins are not out even though they are out and have not been removed since my first trash day pick up. They also remind me during these calls that its a courtesy to come and pick up my trash when theyve already missed my pickup day and the two- three rescheduled dates also, when I pay for the service that has and isnt being done. The administration staff and customer service department are absolutely the worst in handling any issues whatsoever.

      I do not understand how this is still a buisness. They never pick up on time, change pickup dates without notice. Worst company I've EVER experienced

      They don't pick up without me calling. They made me get a recycling bin and charge me but they always miss their scheduled pick up day so I have to call. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in customer service. They can't fix the problem.

Regarding the missed recycle cart, this customer contacted **************** who in turn reached out Operations immediately with the concern. Operations is investigating the issue and is actively working to resolve this for the customer. CR&R is confident that this will be resolved fully before the next scheduled service. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this loyal customer since 2010.

      Our trash service lacks weekly pickups. Inquiring about dumpster collection schedules yields unfulfilled commitments and unhelpful customer service responses. After a week's delay, subsequent inquiries meet uncooperative attitudes and unmet promises. Initial calls resulted in hang-ups, and the fourth call connected me with an extremely rude representative unable to answer questions. Two weeks no trash service.

Upon review, CR&R customer service has contacted the customer about this matter and issued a one-week credit. Moreover, CR&R will monitor this customer's account to ensure service is completed as scheduled. CR&R thanks this customer for their patience and understanding.

      CR&R of ******************* is not picking up our recycle bins in the community of THE FARM.. for 2 weeks now they have missed the entire area. Wagon Drive now has garbage piling up. We have called CR&R multiple times last week and were told each time that the next day they would come, but they never did. Do you feel this is ethical to have them charge for services they do not provide? They are simply worthless!... and lying each time you call them. Is there any other waste service company we can use because our entire community is done with them and we do not want to pay for services we are not receiving anymore.

      For the third consecutive week, at least 1 of our 3 cans have not been picked up. Today 2 cans were not picked up on our entire street. When we call, they claim the pickup will happen- it does not.

      2 Stars - 2 reasons.1 - my order for bulky item pickup is actually scheduled to my knowledge. They also picked up the phone right away. He even offered to add an email to my account because I didnt have one set.. But.. I have 50% confidence that the employee pushed it though after how they acted. 2 - the customer service rep was acting as if I wasnt speaking to him the whole time, constantly talking over me like he was reading from a script. He made about 10% effort to communicate. When I was asking for instructions or clarification he would either ignore me or read from the script. It got to a point he completely ignored me and as if reading from a script talked the call into an end and hung up on me. Honestly, please fire this individual, they clearly hate their job and the company they work for and it gives a terrible customer experience.It was on a recorded line, reach out, I will give you my contact, and listen to the call yourself CR&R.

      Our business was contacted to pay for a green bin. We signed up and for the past two months $50 a month later, no one from CR&R has picked up our green bin. We called multiple times and each time we spoke with a representative from CR&R, they assured us that our bin would be picked up but it never was. What is going on with this company? I see numerous recent complaints of other customers having the same experience.

      In accordance with BBB guidelines, CR&R is replying to this customer review. The CR&R Sustainability team did an investigation into this customer's concerns regarding a green/organics container that was not receiving service. After the investigation, it was determined that the cart was not being properly serviced and a credit was issued to the customer's account to cover the non-service dates. Going forward, there should be no further issues. The customer was given a direct contact number in case any future questions should arise. This has been resolved and the customer is satisfied.

      I agree with ******** message below. I would give a negative star to CR&R. I have wasted too much of my time dealing with CR&R who created too many issues which I have been contacting CR&R to get helps so many times but never resolved for several months. CR&R charges late fee and unknown items to the bills. While waiting for them to resolve issues, I receive emailed from ******************************* for STOP SERVICE due to non payments. I need explanation on the bills. He said that I needed to pay in full first. Without knowing what I paid for, I paid my bill in full requesting to have a call back to explain. I don't receive a call back. I confirm that CR&R do not respond to customers. I would like to file complaint for a fare customer service. We can't have a bad and horrible service as CR&R. If i have a choice to stay away CR&R service, I would be more than happy to pick it.

      If you could do a 0 star they would deserve it. No one to talk to but someone that doesn't even appear to be living in the area. False promises, no pick *** and then lies. I have called 3 times to find our our service date changed and that there is virtually no one to talk to. This company needs to be investigated since we are FORCED to use their crappy service. Awful, awful, awful!!!

      Per BBB guidelines, CR&R is responding to this customer complaint. Recently, CR&R made some adjustments to the routing in this customer's city and customers were notified accordingly about their new service day. The customer stated that they were not made aware of any changes. Their waste cart was not serviced since it was not out on time on the new service day. The issue was escalated to a Route Manager and the service was ultimately completed on 2/29/24. Going forward, this should not be an issue. CR&R encourages the customer to contact the **************** team between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday should they encounter any other issues. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this loyal customer since 2008.
