      The aqua classes are constantly getting canceled at the Coffee Road location in Bakersfield CA. They don’t even notify you. I called last night before going and was told everything was fine. Class was canceled when I got there. Apparently AGAIN the heater is not working. Very very frustrating especially for the elderly that come specially for the pool. Also the vents in the ceiling dropped a whole bunch of gunk just this passed Saturday right into the pool. Again class was canceled. Now we are scanning in for class when in all actuality class is canceled so it looks like they had class. When they didn’t. Instead of bringing in massage chairs why don’t they use our dues money to fix the pool. When you speak to Manager Marisol all you get is a lie or I’m sorry. Like the lie she told when she said corporate handles the heat in the pool. Another employee said that wasn’t true and went and adjusted the heater. I don’t understand her, but I’m ready to take my business elsewhere

      Martin S. This company was ok in the beginning before the pandemic, but they are ruthless and standoffish when you try to cancel your membership. I tried calling them in March to cancel my membership and could not contact them at all. So, I went online and finally cancelled through their online process that doesn't give you a cancellation number nor sends you an email. I did this in March and again in April. I went into the Gym on Clayton Rd in Concord again in May 2022 and cancelled in person before my account was set to come off of hold. They said it was done, no that was a flat out lie. I sent more online request to cancel, and they still try to charge me for a membership I tried to cancel three times. THEY are wrong in not responding to me to talk. They do not want to communicate with anyone unless you are paying them. This doesn't make any sense.

      Small threadbare towels, broken equipment and messy locker rooms. Thats what I remember. They say you get what you pay for but here you didnt even get that.After the pandemic, they closed the club I had a membership at. I had there membership because I used to occasionally go there from where I lived and it was just easier to keep a membership.When they closed that facility, without notifying me or letting me know, they just moved my membership to a completely different town and kept billing me every month. I didnt realize it till much later.
