    I signed up for WOWMi expecting flexibility and ease of use, but the "value" you are given with the system creating AI videos is not actually "AI generated". Each script is set with b-roll footage and captions. I figured this out when I tried to generate multiple videos with different AI enhancement, but saw that the video production is the *****. I decided to attempt to cancel as I do not find value in this service but was hit with a 12 month obligation that I was clearly never informed about. The terms were hidden in fine print, were not disclosed to me upfront, and I was told I could not cancel without a penalty of paying for the rest of the 12 month obligation. I have already paid for several unused months, and their refusal to waive the fee feels unfair and misleading. As of 5/22/2025, there is no link to their terms and conditions, that they sent me when I reached out and tried to cancel my service, and I have screen recording of the entirety of the website contents to show this. The customer portal also does not have these "terms," only the terms of Stripe which is used for payments. The advertised pricing on the main page also does not include a 12 month commitment, only a monthly fee. I do not recall a 12 month commitment being disclosed to me when I signed up, as I more than likely would not have made this commitment at the time. I asked them to show me where I agreed to these terms and they could not provide this. This is not at all what I expected from a service that claims to support small business professionals and markets to mortgage professionals, as deceptive advertising and predatory sales practices with hidden terms like this would be considered illegal and subject to fines in our industry.

    Wowmi sold our company on this product that they would shoot these professional videos and supply us with an app that would blast the videos to all social media platforms, the promise of how easy, painless, and amazing it was...... Sadly after wasting much time, the video production is subpar (it could of gotten better since we shot but our shoot resulted in pathetic results) after obtaining all the information, video content, and mobile app I was hit up and offered a small discount to pay all now vs monthly... I began to understand the deceiving offer of if you pay all now tactic. I quickly learned that the mobile app had many glitches that were never resolved, it wouldn't post to all platforms like *************************** pitched, this mobile app didn't save time and it was by far not what ****** led us to all believe. After working with the service team multiple times, I finally gave up it was clear they couldn't work the glitches out and would just give empty answers of we are working on that or try resetting etc... The concept is a good one however ****** really needs to either be more clear with what his company provides or they need to stand by the promises made.

    I paid for this in 2019 and was to be charged ****** per month. After several missteps by WOWMI and about 2 years, I was able to schedule the taping. I was so disappointed in the content, we were not allowed to reviews prior to arriving. I had no idea they gave all LOs the same content until we were there. Mine was supposed to be 50% reverse and 50% forward. When I got there, they would not do that. So we taped all the reverse. It took months to hear from them again, and in that time I had an employer switch. I have never had access to the website or app, I paid on this for months and kept trying to resolve with no resolution. After the initial 2 year waiting they required me to sign another contract that was at ****** per month. After not getting any resolution on the app, or help, I stopped paying. For months I tried to get them to help me get this system to where I could use it, and nothing. Had I of known that they gave me the same scripts as everyone else I would never have purchased in the first place. But the unresolved issues with the website and app are ridiculous. I have not been able to use this once. I drove 800 miles for the taping, paid for hotel rooms, and did exactly what they asked. Its really unreasonable to expect someone to continue a contract when the product is non existent.
