    Similar to many others posting, I paid for WOWMI service in Aug of 2021 which is digital content creations for professionals. They said they would reach out and contact me to schedule a date when the crew was in *******., which was supposed to be in Nov / Dec 2021. Needless to say, after a year and not recieving anything from them (except Marketing emails to buy more content) I requested my money back. Many excuses, much confusion, much will get back to you, this person isn't working here any more. What a completely unprofessional scam group! Don't even bother talking to them, tell everyone to run!!

    I subscribed to this service in 2022. It took them much longer to get my content up an running than originally expected. My first question was if I went to a different company could I rebrand? They said yes and that it would be simple. Not the case at all. Also, I was having major health issues that the company did not seem to care about. I cancelled the credit card on file and they billed the other one that they did not have authorization to bill. They also suspended my services when I was paid in full with them and said I had to pay the full amount of the contract to get services resumed. I was paid-in-full and that was not part of our agreement. Also, they contacted my employer to let them know I owed them money and we were have conflicts.
    That is arguably in a violation of the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act." Before it got to this matter I was emailing my account rep for months stating that certain services were not working. I never heard back from anyone in the company. I wish I would have done more due diligence with this company before I ever did business with them. Research the company and owner. You will find out what I am talking about.

    Unfortunately, ************ is run like most lead Gen ********** huge promises upfront and once you're locked in they add additional fees and subscriptions to "get the most out of their service." After a few team members at my branch and myself paid the initial $3k and got the media material, that an additional monthly subscription is needed for them to maintain all the promises they made. Reluctantly we agreed, as the $3k would almost be a waste if the additional membership agreement wasn't signed. We had the video material from the shoot but the website they promise and social media presence is key to the success of their brand, requires more work. So we all pay their $400/month (18-month subscription) fee for them to start posting and maintaining the website. All goes well for the first few months, albeit not nearly as much traffic as expected on the website. We would likely have been better off not signing the agreement and making the posts on our own without the additional monthly fee. However our branch made a partnership change and joined a new mortgage company. We asked WOWMI to pause our subscription while we determine if rebranding our material was in our best interest (a "small" $2k rebranding fee). Once we decided as a branch it wasn't worth the additional investment, they claimed we still owed the rest of the subscription fees, even though we are no longer using or having them provide any services AT ALL. Website, and website maintenance were shut down, videos stopped being posted. The service had stopped. Yet they insisted the contract was clear and we needed to keep paying. The contract clearly states the subscription is for the services provided after material creation. Not for material creation itself. I notified my CC company to stop all charges from WOWMI and thought I was in the clear. Low and behold, 6 months later, 1 month before my subscription would expire, they found another CC not of file nor in the agreement and charged it for $1200

    Hi Tyler. It's never good to have one of our members to dissatisfied with our program. When we wake up each day this is the last thing we ever want. Also, we would never be in the business of deleting such a review because it helps us better understand how to serve you and future members.
    That said, our program is subscription based for 18-months, which of course, you signed. This enables us to build a relationship with you instead of it being transactional. Your set-up fee is just the initial part of the investment for the over 200+ pieces of content that comes in your ecosystem.
    In order to help manage your ecosystem we do use a subscription management program that enables you to not have to worry about being on time with your payment. At the time of writing this, you had just cleared an outstanding past due balance of 4 months and after repeated attempts to collect your debt, we were finally successful. At this moment, you still have an outstanding balance for the services we provided. They are all available at wowmi.us/fam.
    As I mentioned, it's never good to hear that one of our members has such an experience. We know this is a tough year for everyone, so if we can make it any better, then please reply here or email me directly.
