    This company is impossible to contact for any problems, even as simple as trying to purchase a replacement part. I have tried every way possible and cannot make any headway. The CEO should be ashamed with how poorly they treat customers who bought their products and just need some help that is not available through any of their website links.

    Terrible customer service. Does not respond promptly and does not honor the warranty.Like others, my Meater 2+ probe failed well within the warranty period (within 4 months.) Meater has ceased responding to my emails, despite providing a detailed account of the failure and multiple pictures. This should be criminal.

    I have issues with my 2 Meater+ probes not working. Thought I had resolution and was going to purchase replacement probes and they sent the invoice details to an ancient non-working email address for me, even though ALL of our correspondence was via my current working email address. After requesting they resend it to my current email address (over 4 days ago), they are now ghosting me! No response whatsoever. No phone calls allowed. No chat available, only email. Dial their phone number and get an immediate hang up. Terrible terrible service. Buy another brand of wireless meat probes.

    My Meater Plus stopped working after one month and I contacted them. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. They DO NOT stand behind their product. I probably sent over 12 emails and they never ever helped with anything and would never replace it. I will never buy from them again and hope others read about my experience. Buy a Thermoworks. Save yourself a headache. Terrible company. Terrible.

    Their customer service is awful ****** Is my zendesk number. They entirely ignore my request.They fail to contact me AT ALL. 7 days of no communication.Reason Im contacting them? I pulled my Meater out of a pork loin and it split from the ambient temp to the probe. Absolutely terribly made

    This company is a scam. I also received their "MEATER", food thermometer which only worked 2 times, did all their diagnostic measures, to no avail, next step to write them, my request would not submit, despite countless attempts.I see I'm not the only one having an issue with this device / company
