I purchased a meater Thanksgiving bundle for $390. The **** in ************** deemed the package hazardous. They sent me a certified letter and one to Meater. They said meater needed to find a different shipping method. Meater is refusing me a refund and or a replacement until they receive product back or I jump through hoops. On 5/14/24 I ordered the Meater Block. On 5/20/24 I contacted their support to request a return as the product doesn't work. It does not connect to Wi-Fi as advertised and freezes. It took them 10 days to respond offering me troubleshooting. I again responded I want to return. (I have all the emails). They then asked if I would move to chat. They then closed my case. There is no one to speak to, they take over a week to respond and now I am stuck with a product that does not work as advertised. The request # was ******. I have the documentation that shows I requested a return within the timeframe and would like for them to honor what they advertise.Initial Complaint

The meater worked a dream but within 6 months has broken after 3 uses. Ive been trying to contact customer support to identify if I can get a warranty replacement and theyve been non responsive to multiple messages.Initial Complaint

My meater was great, but it stopped working a few years in. I contacted their customer service in April 2024, who asked me many questions. After numerous times corresponding with them (I have 10+ emails between us) sending photos and descriptions, they finally told me that since it was over 1 year since my purchase, there was nothing they could do to help. Why waste my time with all the questions if that was always going to be the result? I was very frustrated with them by the end of it.Initial Complaint

Ordered a Meater +2 thermometer from Meater 3/10/2024 but havent received it. Finally after numerous attempts to contact them I received an email stating that my order was probably lost in the mail and that they would send a new order. That was on 4/4/2024. I ordered a MEATER 2 Plus on November 28, 2023 which was advertised as being shipped the next business day. It was, finally, shipped out on December 12, 2023 by regular mail and received on December 19, 2023. I took the MEATER 2 Plus out, checked it to make sure it worked, added to their app with my MEATER Plus and put it up until I decided to use it. Since it takes higher temperatures, I wanted to use it on Easter for the turkey. I took it out this week to use for the first time, March 24, 2024 to ensure everything was good so I could use it Easter. It connected fine, went through a software update and just died. No lights, nothing. I tried new batteries even though the one shipped with it is advertised to lasts for 2 years of use and nothing. I opened a ticket with MEATER. After two days of waiting, I received an email to try the steps I've been trying for two days. I, again, tried the steps with the MEATER 2 Plus not working at all. I emailed the results to the customer service person and, once again, I'm waiting. This customer service is horrendous. I have an issue, which is supposed to be covered by warranty, and it's nothing but a waiting game, always. This has not been used. It can be tested, looked at, whatever but I should be shipped a new item. I've sent numerous pictures, full details, proof of purchase, which is a requirement even though it's on their website, and done every conceivable thing to ensure this is a true warranty issue. Even though they have my complete address and telephone number, waiting for daily emails seems to be their preferred method of contact to keep the issue going as long as possible.Initial Complaint

I purchased the meater 4 probe a block. The product stopped working. I sent it in under warranty - they responded saying I needed to purchase 4 new probes for $120. I did that. They sent back to me and now its still not fixed. So now I have purchased the product twice and doesnt work. I want they to honor the warranty or give me my money back both for the original purchase and the new probes which are useless without a working block.Initial Complaint

Did not received what I ordered. I ordered and paid for a Meater Block with 4 probes and I received only 1 probe with no block. I have sent an email to support and have not heard anything back from them. There is no phone numbers to call and I either want what I order or a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a meater block from this company and received it on 22-Dec-23. It is not working. They claim to have phone support. That is a lie. I have sent in 5 support cases online and cannot get a response. I have only 30 days to return it. They are burning up my trail peroid. I just want an RMA for a return.ThanksInitial Complaint

I ordered a product on 11/24/23 with guaranteed shipping within 2 days. I have not received the product as of today 12/15/23 and there is no way at all to reach anyone in customer service. There are numbers to call which direct you to a support line that doesnt offer any resolution. There is an email that actually never sends an email. There is no chat or call back service available. This company has stolen 125$ of my money at Christmas and I have zero way of contacting them to get my money back. It seems like a hoax.
