  They were fantastic. We moved a very difficult large antique wall unit which was no problem for them at all. They took absolute care in the whole process, worked fast, efficiently, were friendly and overall great guys. The value for money was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate in reccommending them to everyone I know.

  "The negative: Not the cheapest, but worth every *****.The possitive:Arrived on time, provided an accurate estimate, completed the move in less time than estimated and nothing got damaged, Honestly, one of a kind! Rare in a city where customer service and care is hard to find. 10 out 10. Will definitely be calling Front Line Moving for my next moves. Big or small."

  First time Ive hired this company & would certainly book them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Polite, Efficient & punctual. My apartment is quite small & they chose to build it in my driveway using moving pads to protect it. Good Thinking.

  These guys were AMAZING! This was a 3-bdrm house move to a slightly smaller 3-bdrm house. They showed up a few mins early and was able to get their truck in to a perfect spot for a speedy load up of the truck (kuddos to the driver!) They moved everything swiftly and carefully and wrapped all the furniture so well that not even a scratch could have been made if they accidentally rubbed against anything, which they did not. Not one piece of furniture touched a wall, doorway or railing. The guys were friendly, social and professional. The unload went faster than the loading and they even had the time to discuss the layout of the back patio furniture! ha! Everyone was very professional from the customer service rep I spoke to a few times to the moving consultant I met with to determine our needs and the 3 guys that actually performed the move. The rate they quoted me was the best I'd seen when I compared to other moving companies and I was blown away by their service. I'll certainly be using them again when we move back in to our newly renovated home. Great Job Front Line Moving!

  "Front Line Movers is the reason why my wife and I were able to have our entire new house set up and ready for visitors within 24 hours after we left our old place. Their service was flawless from the get-go and, right away, we were given the sense that we'd have to worry about nothing. That proved categorically to be true.They scratched nothing. They nicked nothing. They broke nothing. They treated every one of our belongings as if they were their own, and somehow maintained a level of alacrity and efficiency I've not previously seen from movers.Without qualification, I would recommend Front Line Movers to anybody who asked. You won't be disappointed."

  Ive used small and huge national moving companies. Each and every time something went wrong and it was way overpriced. A friend recommended Front Line Moving. Ive used them 3 times and I will never use anyone else. They are simply THE BEST! Organized, professional, careful and caring with fine delicate objects (massive mirrors, high end beds and furniture etc.). They truly have white glove service. Everything is wrapped and moved accordingly. They set you up so all of your belongings are in the correct spot. The staff are friendly, hardworking and outstanding. I will never waste my time using another mover. My first and only call will always be to Front Line Moving!!!

  The front line moving team was organized, professional, and affordable. Excellent service from start to finish. Just as I thought to myself "I had better confirm the movers" I heard from the manager, *** confirming my appointment. I appreciated the attention to detail and the trustworthy communication.The team of three movers was thoughtful and gentle with my pieces. They did a fantastic job of taking care of my furniture en route. They were kind and took care of both of my spaces.Highly recommend front line moving for all moving needs!

  This company was awful!!! Not only did they double my quoted fee but they claimed I had more items than originally accounted for. This is not possible, I had gotten rid of items such as a table and 4 chairs for example. How could the estimate double after having less items than I began with? They also claimed to not know about my treadmill until I proved it to them in the original contract. They are extremely unresponsive and lie. They told me I would have my items within 10 days, then I was told after 10 days of waiting it would be there that following Mon - wed. Again nothing and no call or emails from anyone. I called, emailed and texted constantly to multiple numbers. They only respond when you threaten legal action. They then said they don't know why anyone told me that, they will call me when they are 24 hours out. I then found out my truck hadn't even left until the 3rd week of my moving. Once they finally arrived I had the same 2 movers. One is polite and tries to help, the one who takes lead is extremely rude. He is arrogant, talks down to women and yelled at me. He says things before even trying, like oh you have double the amount of what you were quoted. I told him I removed items and he was so sure of the amount. When he arrived with my items I asked if they confirmed the load and the price and he said no, nothing has changed. So they didn't even check to see how much actual square footage I had. They charged me extra for the treadmill when I was already told if i had it pieced apart there would be no extra fee. They tried to charge me an elevator fee, until I again proved on the original contract it said NO ELEVATOR FEE. They scratched and dinged my items, lost a duvet cover, damaged my stair ******** and walls. DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE IS MISERABLE. I want my money back for the extra charges. I was quoted at **** and ended up paying *****! They need to be stopped immediately.

  This has been the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. From start to finish this company has been an absolute clown show. I purchased my move through Safe *********** contracted Frontline. My move started May 25th, didnt end until August 6th, & ** still dealing with the consequences of it! Every update I ever got was from me reaching out myself. Many of my items were damage/lost, every aspect of service was unprofessional, & they tried to ************* at every turn. They still owe me still for late fees! Its been over a month ********** still havent paid me this per the **** They tried to charge me $200 because they went to the wrong address, even though they they confirmed the correct address on the phone without me saying anything. They charged me $35 to pay through Venmo bc they used a 3rd party moving company they werent supposed to & made my money orders null void because you cannot alter name on the money order. They used 3rd party delivery companies to pick up too, which breaches their contract with Safe Ship moving services. Why are you even marketing as a moving company if you arent even the ones doing the moving?! At least Safe Ship tells you they hire contractors! I had to place a complaint with the *** for all damages/losses, but the *** doesnt handle service complaints. Good luck getting ahold of anybody in leadership at Frontline to deal with the service complaints. They all pass you around & no one calls you back. The fact that ****** has a job with your company is the most insane thing I have ever heard. He is so incredibly rude, apathetic, & lacks any professionalism. No one has come responded to my complaint on their ****** page either from before my delivery! Sorry to whoever had stuff on the truck that was shared with mine. Your stuff was unloaded in the middle of the street & left in the rain for 2 1/2 hours. If you hire this company, just expect the move to be a whole joke. I cant give you zero stars or I would.

  Terrible service. My quote doubled after they loaded everything. Scratched and dented furniture. 2 days late on delivery. Bad attitudes. I think they subbed the job out to Barrahonas moving. Do not trust or use these businesses.

  Hello *****, Thank you for sharing your experience, I'm sorry to hear that things weren't as you expected. normally all moves suffer changes from the initial quotes that were made. due to changes at the last minute, extra furniture, extra weight, stairs, long *********** conditions, traffic conditions, etc. We will address your experience to management to improve our service and being a better moving company.
