I order a gun cabinet last summer, received tracking information and then kept getting notified that the shipment was delayed, this occured at least 4 times. I purchased lifeproof twilight oak flooring from Super Arbor on 6/19/22. I paid $359.64 and shipping was stated to be **** weeks, order #*****. I contacted Super Arbor, through email, on 9/20/22. They replied on 9/20/22 that it had been delayed until November of 2022. I contact them again through email 11/26/22, about the severe delay in my shipment. Super Arbor responded 11/28/22 that ETA of my shipment would be 3rd or 4th week of December 2022. I contacted Super Arbor again, through email, on 12/27/22 and they responded 12/28/22 that my order would be delayed until 2/5~2/7/23. I asked Super Arbor to cancel my order and refund my money on 1/2/23, through email. They responded 1/3/23 that it would be **** business days to review and process my request. 10 business days was on 1/17/23 and they have still not issued my refund. I contacted Super Arbor on 1/18/23 about my refund status and they have not responded. I would like my money back from this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered flooring (order #****) that they supposedly had in stock. After not receiving it for a few months, I inquired again and they said it is still coming. Come to find out that the specific flooring was discontinued by the manufacturer (which I called directly) resulting in a request for a full refund of $266.24. Date: 6/9/22 amount: ****** Order #: ***** The kitchenaid mixer that never showed up after months of my questioning where it was. I kept getting responses that it was back ordered, or blaming the delay on global supply chain issues. I cancelled the order on 10/21/22 and was told I'd have a refund in 3-5 days. I gave them a couple months due to holidays. I've gotten no response when asking where the my refund is. I've given them ample time to take care of the matter to which they don't respond. Just another scam company out for money. The worst part of the whole thing was not having the wedding present my sister had really wanted.Business Response

We have already escalated this concern to look into the customers refund request and come to a resolution. However, it must be noted that all discontinued and discounted item sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after the order confirmation email notification is sent. All canceled orders will have a 20% cancellation fee, with no exceptions. The customer was aware and agreed as part of the Terms & Conditions upon checkout when he/she purchased the items. We would like to ask for your consideration to let us resolve this complaint in our favor and allow us to resolve any other issue(s) the customer may have directly with them.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: the item was never listed as 'discontinued' nor 'discounted'. The full listed price was paid. After being strung along for months, it was clear the item wasn't going to be delivered. It seems to be a common occurrence with this company after reading so many complaints about money being taken and goods never being delivered. It also seems to be common that refunds might only be given after long and arduous arguments of back and forth for months.

I placed an order in June 2022 #****** was my order number. I was told that it would come in a few weeks because of back orders. Then I was told it would be in August, then I was told September and I was assured it would be on time. Then I was told it would be in November. I then told them I would like to have a refund. I was told that I would be contacted 3-5 days. This is January 2023 and still no word on my refund. I have emailed , called , numerous times and still no answer. The transaction of flooring started on 12/26/2022.
I received the flooring damaged, picture included.
I wanted a specific flooring and it wasn't supposed to come until late February. They contacted me and told me they have an extremely similar in color one that they can ship out immediately. I agreed and trusted them that it was the exact dimensions and similar color. We just received it this morning and it was very similar color, but the dimensions don't work with the existing flooring we have, and they will not fit together. I told them we have existing flooring and the exact flooring with the dimensions and they said it will work just fine.
It won't work and now i cannot get ahold of them whether it be email or customer service. Before they sent it out, i got an email right away regarding the transaction and now they won't email me back nor take my calls.
I want a refund so i can ship this flooring back since it will not work for me but nobody will respond.
I was also told it was going to be delivered between January 9, 2023-January 13, 2023, it didn't arrive until January 16, 2023
I also never received any tracking information whatsoever.Business Response

On June 13, 2022 I purchased flooring from SUPERARBOR.IO. The full purchase amount I paid was $2,225.75. We were encouraged by the merchant to purchase 10% more for our project as a way of having extra flooring items if needed. They assured us we could return items that were not used for a refund less 20% and $50 for the driver fee to pickup these items.Four unopened and undamaged boxes were picked up from our home on July 28, 2022 by a SUPERARBOR.IO employee. The items were returned and we followed all directions from SUPERARBOR.IO. After the items were picked up, the merchant did not reply to our emails. All calls to their offices on the status of our money being returned were answered by a man saying it would be returned "next week". This went on for about a month and half. We are due $150 and its been outstanding since August 2022 with no answer from SUPERARBOR.IO.Initial Complaint

We believe the cardholder's chargeback is NOT valid at this time as the customer's order has been canceled and refund issued on 12/21/2022, but due to an error from the payment processor, the refund didn't go through. On 1/28/2023, the customer opened a dispute with the reason Product Unacceptable.
We would like to ask for your consideration to reverse the dispute in our favor and allow us to resolve the issue directly with the customer first, as the customer's immediate concern has already been addressed and catered to, and is not due any more refund. When a chargeback is opened, all refunds are typically put on hold until a resolution is reached with the customer's card provider.

I made a purchase of flooring May 2022 , they claimed it was in stock . Paid in Full , after not receiving my flooring within the expected lead time I reached out to Super Arbor and they extended delivery , when this deadline came due they now tell me product is unavailable . They were willing to send me a different type of flooring , I refused ,my floor was 98% complete only waiting for a couple more boxes . At this time I asked for a refund , after some time I reached back out asking for my refund again , at this time I was told there would be no refund .
