    On 10/7/2022 I placed order # ****** for a monte ***** fireplace with bookshelf in antique gray for the advertised price $1956.29 delivery time 2-7 weeks.on 11//18/2022 I was told that the antique gray color was discontinued & the same bookshelf fireplace was available in white so I agreed to take the white one if it was the same price.on 11/23/2022 they wanted $3,537.39 for the white bookshelf fireplace I told them that I couldn't afford that much so please refund my$1,956.29 to my debit card, they told me that my request for a refund was sent to there team please allow 10 days to review cancellation requests 12/13/2023 I emailed super Arbor it's been 20 days since I've requested a refund please refund my $1,956.29 within 7 days so we can close this matter without any litigations they again said that it will be sent to there team for review .Today is 1/27/2023 & I'm still waiting for my refund.

    On June 15, 2022, I purchased flooring for the amount of $311.73 with an expected ship date of **** weeks. I never received any shipping information, and after the 10 weeks had passed, I contacted the company. They reported that the flooring would take over another month. I then requested my order be canceled due to non-fulfillment. They requested 3-5 business days to process a refund. The refund never arrived, and I contacted them again, but still no resolution.

    I had paid $2745.49 for ****** Maple Flooring. I had called before making the purchase and they told they had in stock. Last week I called for an update and the man told me it would ship this week. Still no shipment. Now they refuse to answer the phone and/or emails. I want to know where this product is at or my money back.

    Ordered flooring 4/21/22 for $609.78. Company was contacted multiple times via email saying a backorder. Product never shipped and company will not answer calls nor emails to refund the money.

    November 14th, 2022 ordered items still have not received the items called the company many times the same person states they will send the items and I never received the items. I have requested my money be returned been denied. It's been over two months with no items no money.

    Order # ***** date: 4/24/22 I ordered the beacon oak flooring from super arbor but they kept delaying the order saying it was not in stock. I found out that this flooring has been discontinued. So this business is putting items up for sale that are no longer in stock from the vendor but they kept giving me the run around. So I eventually had the flooring replaced with another flooring through super arbor which I received in November 2022. But due to the long wait my contractor was not able to book me for the flooring until January 2023. I have some unused flooring in the box that I wanted to return but they refused to accept it. But due to their many delays and lying about in stock items I am past the 30 day return policy. I would like to get a refund on the unused flooring.

    I placed an order on 10/16/22 and had to follow-up several times and the order kept getting delayed. Finally I reached out to Super Arbor about a refund due to the extreme delay. Super Arbor did acknowledge my refund request on 12/17/22 and stated they would review within **** business days. Since then, I have followed-up via email several times, tried calling and leaving a voicemail and using their contact form on their website with no response. All I want is a refund for the product I never received.

    I ordered a tub online with them on 10/3/2022 for $1220.01 (order no. #******). They emailed me that it would be shipped 1st or 2nd week of Nov. They did not. When I inquired again, they said it would be shipped end of Nov. I could not delay my remodeling project any further so I requested cancellation in the email. They replied on 10/31: we'll forward the request to the team. Please allow them 3-5 business days to review and process the request. Two weeks later I inquired via email when I'd receive the refund. No response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and in mid- Dec. they told my card company to allow them to work with me directly. But they never contacted me. I emailed them on 1/12/23, and again on 1/25/23, no response what so ever. They mentioned 20% cancellation fee with my card company but it is not justified. I cancelled it because they did not ship the product; they also caused delay in my project and some trouble for me, and they has never taken initiative to resolve the issue.

    I ordered a storm door for a total plus shipping for ****** said it would be 7weeks I emailed them after 7weeks they said my order was canceled and they credited my debit card which was never done when asked they said to call my bank and my bank said nothing credited emailed them again said they owe me nothing which they do
