  Received the floor in one shipment. Transaction was easy and floor arrived on time the maple is beautiful and the color tones are very nice. Would recommend.

  We ordered Driftwood Beach flooring, had a small issue with shade, but the company was so helpful, gracious and professional to work out a deal. We still like the flooring even though it has slightly gray shade. ************* were so helpful and professional. Thank you very much.

  Super arbor customer service is amazing. We placed an order and was able to have both the floor and T molding arrive on the same day, which was the day we recorded our new house. They worked with the carrier to make it happen and followed up every step of the way to ensure the delivery was made on the day we needed it. Their communicated the status of our order daily, which we found very refreshing customer service. The Flooring arrived in excellent condition and looking forward to its installation tomorrow. Great **************** ******************!

  Never do business with Super Arbor. I ordered a vanity from Super Arbor in December 2021. Still had not received it as of August 2022 despite numerous emails from them indicating that the shipment was on its way. They will collect your full payment up front and keep your $$. They will keep telling you the product is delayed, and give you a reasonable outlook (2-3 weeks) to keep you sucked in. I doubt they've ever placed your order. After reading many of these reviews, it's not likely you will never receive your product. I suspect they have a strategy of investing your funds while you sit and wait in frustration for your deliveries. They are getting rich using other people's money. Don't be a sucker.

  Do not purchase tile or anything else from this company. I ordered tile on May 3 I spent $8600. I have no tile no one will speak to me they have stolen my money. Avoid this company at all costs.

  tried to order some floor tiles online from their website, website said these tiles were in stock and delivery would be in 2 - 4 weeks. when I order the tile I received the acknowledgement with a delivery of 8 - 10 weeks. I requested that they cancel and refund my order. after 4 weeks they emailed me saying there was a delay at the factory and still didn't refund my order., I reminded them that according to the Consumer Protection Act they had to deliver the goods immediately or refund the charge after 4 weeks. In the check out process they have you verify their terms and services, in the body of the text there is a 20% cancelation fee regardless of the circumstance. this is obviously a scam to profit from their false advertising about items being in stock.. I am surprised that they can be allowed to continue doing business.
