    The first thing they tell you after you spent $55 on one of these keys is that you need to buy another key. Talk about bait and switch. This company has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Basically, I believe they have covertly sponsored a bunch of ******* videos in order to sell their products. There are dozens of videos on ******* speaking about how freaking important it is that you have this product. They also talk about how easy it is. It is not. And you will not get any help from the company. I should know better than to purchase from a company that I haven't researched, but fortunately, I bought this from Amazon and it is on its way back as we speak.If you call this company they flat-out tell you if you're not calling about sales to go jump in a lake. They don't do any kind of support over the phone. Their so-called email support is absolutely useless. You can tell that the people ******* the emails have no stake in the company and have no motivation whatsoever to help you. They're just simply going through the motions.I wasted an entire evening trying to get this product to work, to absolutely no avail.

    The product is a scam, they don't do anything! They are designed to make you feel more secure, that's all they do. I bought two of them, and set them up on several accounts. None of them requires the Yubikey to login to anything. I even set it up to keep someone from logging in to my computer without the Yubikey plugged in. Your username is right above the Yubico login. All you have to do is click on the username and type in the **** It doesn't matter if the Yubikey is plugged in or not. The computer boots up no problem. I tested this device on 3 computers and an Android phone. And I found that I didn't need the device AT ALL to log into anything.
