    If I could give zero stars I would. This business is very rude and will not help you with anything. We filled for bully papers in November 2022 it is now April 2023 and still no papers. We have contacted them with no help at all from them besides to pay more money for something we never received the first time. They will not re ship nor refund. They are quick to take your money and do nothing else. If you contact them with an issue they are very rude and will yell and hang up on you. If you try to call back they will not answer. I would not recommend anyone to give them any money and stick with other kennels.

    We are sorry that you feel this way, but as we tried to explain in the email and on the call is that you did not pay for USPS tracking for the paperwork and that we cannot control the USPS delivering your letter to your home address. We do offer reprint services for your paperwork for a charge. That was what we were trying to explain before your husband took the phone and started yelling at us, after several minutes of him raising his voice and expressing his anger at us loudly, we did choose to end our conversation. We did see that you emailed again, and we did tell you again that we offer reprint service. I am sorry but we cannot tolerate being yelled at on the phone. Have a great day!.
