      Times have been rough, even for us who have advanced degrees. My disability doesn't help either. ***************************** has been able to set my payments at zero for at least the last couple years, and even now, post-covid (primarily), I am still paying zero by recertifying. This hasn't affected my balance one way or the other, but it has allowed me time to try and get back on me feet and time to get back to a budget where I am able to start making payments again.

      I need to cancel my dues of $49 I am charged every month. Have no way to contact them and have had no calls or letters letting me know what is going on.

      If I could submit a negative star I would. All they care about is getting monthly fee. I mistakenly worked with the company in 2022. Paid for the year. Nothing was done with student loans. They have been calling me for 2 YEARS now trying to update my credit card to continue the service. For what?? Avoid them at all cost.
