      I was contacted by this company who had all of my federal student loan information. I was told they worked directly for Federal Student Aid and I was given contact information in which they had very in-depth info on my current student loan situation. It turns out that this company had been scamming me with the intention of taking my money as a means to "help" me out of my current default into a forgiveness program. THIS WAS FALSE and I am extremely disgusted and feel vulnerable as I thought I was in the process of doing the right thing as a means to help my current student loan issue. I am hoping that the BBB can help retrieve the money spent to this group over the last few years. I have since contacted people with the establishment that have no recollection of my situation. I can prove that they have withdrawn money from my account for close to two years with no positive result to help me. Federal student aid has no contact with this company on my behalf. I was then contacted by another company soon after this disaster (Apex Processing center) and it turns out they were doing the same thing. I have been taken advantage of and would like my money returned. I have contacted several people with the Education Advisory group and they have been condescending in giving me an answer as to where my payments have went and what the purpose of these payments were for,

      Ever since I started the program in CO-ViD, Education Advisory Group has been absolutely amazing!!! The best choice I ever made was to have them on my side. I pay my fee and they make the rest easy!!! The program is very transparent and comprehensive! Thank you!!!
