      They did an excellent job of answering all questions and keeping things on track. I do feel that they monthly fee was not necessary during Covid as everything was on hold.

      I must say that they are actively keeping you engaged with your account. This is extremely important with all the financial issues that everyone is facing. I am appreciative of the work that Mr. Robert S***** has done and getting me moving in the best direction with my student loan.

      My only concern is that I don't have any documents of changes when things changed. But I must say that they stayed on top of things in regards to the student loans which gave me a peace of mind. BUT I did think due to the Covid19 and the CARES ACT that there was a hold on student loans which to me means that there was no reason of requirement to have to pay on our student loans, so why would we have to be paying EAG, but the good thing about them they were knowledgeable, stayed on top of everything and did the footwork for me that I know I couldn't do. Each advisor I spoke with had very good customer service attitude and knowledge. I just had my redetermination and I'm approved to return back to my server without having to make any payments to anyone for the next year. They also keep me informed of the PSLF and reached out to help me with that and provided documentation needed to apply. I'm no longer required to have to pay the $49.00 monthly fee to EAG.

      They've always been very helpful when I ask questions or get confused. I tirned everything iver to them and they just rmeind me when I need to fill out paperwork etc

      Education advisory group has helped me beyond words. I never knew there were options out there to help me stay on track after college and be able to succeed and they were there step by step the whole time. They always were there to call and explain the process every time something changed and always emailed paperwork when I needed it done. I’m glad I took the chance when I did and I am so glad I never looked back. Thank you so much for helping change my life.

      This is a great group of knowledgeable folks! They keep me in track when things are due and make the process simple. I highly recommend and trust their guidance with programs and how to handle educational debt.

      I just want to say that Education Advisory Group has been extremely helpful in handling my student loans. I would not have been able to handle making adjustments to my loans by myself. I feel that they have directed me so I can manage payments and also organize these loans to my benefit. My credit score has even gone up since I am better able to handle these loans through this organization.

      This Company was always available to help me with questions I had. They let me know well in advance what documentation they needed and kept me informed on the status of my account. I never had to worry that anything would be overlooked. There is no other company that will take care of my concerns and manage my account as efficiently as Education Advisory Group has
