  This company is unethical and unprofessional. Not only do they steal your money, they do not care if you tell them the truth. I never ordered anything from them, but they tried to debit my account a second time after I called to let them know this is a fraud action. I told them to cancel this order and the clerk said he would, but he did not. THERE ARE SEVERAL BBB COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS company. Thanks goodness they could not get any more money from me other than the $1 which they said was non- refundable. I blocked them in my Cash App account right after that and prior to anymore theft.

  This company makes it hard to find contact information and makes the cancelation of subscriptions hard to achieve as well. And even after emailing to have my subscription canceled. They argue they didn't see or get it in the time before the charge which isn't the case and they won't give me my money back. 40$ FOR A BULL***** SERVICE THAT NOT A SINGLE PERSON would pay willingly a month. They are fully aware of what they are doing and they pray on those who don't figure out the cancelation process. That's why they offer their service for 1$ it's to obtain your personal information. Which the sell off. And then rake you for as much as they can just to give you more bs and theobky way to further take action is only by mail in letter or fax explaining your extenuating circumstances. Just so they can further decline it. This businesses income is solely predatory based and I fully believe this needs to be not just addressed but have action brought against them. I never write reviews. But I also have never encountered such a scam that's allowed by hiding behind the vail of "buyers remors" when in all actuality they're basically doing something the same as the scam callers taking advantage of the elderly

  I never signed up for this service. After reading all the complaints or doesn’t look like I am the only one being scammed how this company even gor close to 3.5 is beyond me

  I tried to get my money back and they told me it was no refundable and then said they would send it to there claims department or whatever then the lady said she would process it right now I woke up the next morning and they charged me again and now there phone number doesn’t work be carful I’m over drafted 112.00 dollars now and there is 3 other sites that jumped in on it …… Do nut trust these people

  Got locked into an account that I was inadvertently signed up for. On the phone, as we speak, with a customer service rep to cancel my account and to ask for a refund. I was instructed that I would have to fill out an application, fax or mail it in for a review that would take up to 10 days. All of this for a refund of $9.94. The dollar may not be much, but it is the principal of the matter. I believe that is absolute horse $hit. I should have my account cancelled and a refund credited back to me the moment I request for one. Now I have to exert a lot of energy blocking this POS company from taking $ from my bank account via a bank rep, as well as having to report them to the BBB.

  Scam scam scam! I applied up for a loan, not a credit score report and this company somehow got my bank info and are charging me fees in less than a month's time! I want my money back and to cancel subscription! Please dont t on this post lying saying i signed up for this because I didn't. I already have an app that monitors my credit score. Cancel my subscription now!!

  My Name is T****** ******. This company phishes your information, charges you a fee through loan applications for initially $1 7-day trial, then proceeds to steal money out of your bank account and creates an online profile in their system using all your information. Luckily I called my back because I was skeptical. They tried charging my card multiple times unauthorized. Be Aware!
