    On April 18, 2023, I reported discrimination and negative experience to S****, the other concerning Pure Barre instructor L***. Furthermore, and I shared my experience with others. S**** became very irate and abusive because I expressed my concerns and unpleasant experience to her and with others. In retaliation, S**** sent me various text messages and told me to "never come back," and that she had cancelled my membership. She further stated "You need services we can not provide." S**** stated she was going to refund ALL of my monies that have been charged. S**** has been very abusive in her billing practices and has fraudulently overcharged my account on numerous occasions. I have complained to her many of times and she states she is gong to remedy it and reverse the transactions but never does. Total amount due by S**** at Pure Barre : $1917.79, due to fraudulent billing and unauthorized excessive billing. Contract was retro canceled by S****.

    In regards to *****’s statement that I "retroactively cancelled her membership". I cancelled her membership on 4/18/23 and provided a REFUND OF HER MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS FOR ALL OF 2023.

    I did not charge her in January.

    Refunded her February payment, refunded her March freeze fee and her April membership payment as seen below.

    Why is she expecting a refund of 2022 when she took 56 classes at the studio during that time?

    I refunded her for 2023 when she took 10-classes. She made no membership payments.
